So convenient, you are a stone's throw from Dutchies Beach and a 10 minute stroll to the Nelson Bay marina and village. Enjoy the stunning beach views from your sundrenched outside deck or take in a round of golf at a choice of local golf courses.

    Finest quality bedlinen is provided.

    Newly renovated Dutchies Beachside Retreat is a two bedroom older style unit situated in a stunning location overlooking the beach with private access to beach and waterside pathways from your garden.

    There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom

Situated in quiet residential area with some good views even though it was raining. The unit was well furnished and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay

Exceptional property in superb and serene location

This apartment is aesthetically pleasing in the way it is maintained and professionally decorated.There is everything you need in the apartment and everything is easily located.The view is magnificent as it overlooks Dutchies Beach and distant headlands…..truly breathtaking day and night!The owner kept us informed of everything we needed for access the apartment and make our stay so easy from the time we booked to our arrival and departure.

Position, position

Great location with easy walk to cafes and restaurants. 2 minute walk to beach. Beautiful views from balcony with sensational sunsets while we were there. Apartment had everything we needed including a mixed collection of wine glasses.

Nice stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely view & convenient access to a great child friendly beach. Only a three drive to the Main Street. The unit was clean although I had to pop out to buy pillows and blankets as the pillows were heavily stained and the quilts had an odd smell & needed a wash.

Fab location

Great little unit with everything needed. No air con but lots of fans and the ability to open the big doors and windows to allow the sea breezes through.Super clean and fresh. Location was great. Views from the balcony over Dutchies Beach were lovely to watch the dolphins and sunsets. Quick walk to beach - which is a plus these days with pay parking that’s been introduced across the Bay Area. Small walk into town for dinners. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Excellent in every way

Great location! Amazing view from the apartment and a stones throw to the beach. Close to everything but still so quiet. Place was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to be warm and cool and make ourselves at home. Communication with Alan was easy. All instructions were easy. The bed was comfy. 5 star rating. Thanks so much we’ll be back!

Excellent property

We had a wonderful stay at this property, wished it could have been longer. Rained most days but the view from the open verandah was amazing, with something happening on the water every minute. The unit was well stocked with everything you would requiire. Bed was really comfortable and shower was very good. Only downside is no Aircon for summer. stays. But we will be back. Loved it.

Beautiful stay

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was so well equipped and the view was sensational. We loved the quick access to dutchies and we spent every day at the beach! It was quite hot in the apartment with only fans as we had 30 degree days and our kids did struggle a bit with the heat as we are from a cool climate. We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely return! Just to note the main garbage bins weren’t emptied on the Monday and the smell was very strong near the stairs. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great two bedroom apartment overlooking beach

This property is perfectly located overlooking Dutchman's beach, a stones throw from the ocean and reasonably priced. It’s located in a quiet area with a full kitchen and two bedrooms with a door to separate the lounge. My kids enjoyed being able to duck down to the beach with ease and I really enjoyed watching the sunsets and enjoying the birdlife. My only suggestion would be to provide towels and there was a little bit of mould on one of the blinds that triggered my lungs but otherwise a fantastic property that I will stay at again if we go back to Nelson Bay.

Great spot, walking distance to town via Cycleway, quick walk to beach, great sunsets from the balcony. Was spacious enough for 3 of us, wifi worked well, beds were comfy but pillows were poor quality and need replacing. Didn’t like the fact we had to make our own beds on arrival, no toiletries apart from hand soap, second bedroom had dusty floor and rotten apple core under bed, pillow had stains on it, no tea, coffee or milk provided, and it was very damp due to condensation on windows.

Wonderful

Our accommodation was perfect, the view was great, the apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed, it was comfortable, clean and the location was great, close to town, however very quiet. I definitely recommend this apartment. I will definitely stay there again
