The space

This 1st floor unit offers a cool ocean breeze from the balcony, leading into an open plan lounge with aircon, free unlimited wifi, TV and kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher.

The bedroom has TV and ceiling fan and the bathroom has a shower over the spa bath. There is access to a laundry onsite with washing machines and dryers (coin operated). Off street parking for 1 car and lift access to the unit if required.

Although under new management this property has been a popular stay with guests and consistently rated at 4.67 stars with 232 reviews under previous host Bryce. We have secured an ongoing service agreement with Bryce's preferred cleaner and are confident that service will continue as usual. The property was rated high for location, comfort and cleanliness, we look forward to welcoming you as we begin our hosting experience.

PLEASE NOTE: You are staying with a private host and resort staff are unlikely to be helpful as you are not one of their guests. Full access to resort facilities are available during your stay subject to maintenance. Towels provided in the room are for your use, please ensure to return any towels to the room.

The property is also equipped with a fire extinguisher and fire blanket located near the kitchen on the wall above the study bench.

Please keep in mind this is not a hotel or serviced apartment. You will not have hotel staff at your disposal 24/7. You might have to solve small issues by yourself, or be patient for an issue to be resolved. We take very good care of our place and always try our best to maintain it for our guests. Most of the time issues are caused and not reported by previous guests. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in treating the place like it was your own.

We provide a starter pack of amenities for all our guests (1/2 days supplies), once they are used it is up to the guests to provide whatever extra they may need.

Due to the Port Stephen's abundance of water bodies and lush green spaces we regularly have our places pest controlled, however it is not possible to stop flies or mosquitoes during the warmer months of the year.

We are unable to take any responsibility for things out of our control, such as resort facilities closure or change of operating hours, due to maintenance or any other management related decisions.
