Great apartment
The location is very convenient. The apartment was clean and included a washing machine / clothes dryer. Great apartments for families.

Great location to visit beach and longer walks. Was walking and bike ride distance from everywhere in bay although some big hills to peddle over

The unit we stayed in was so clean and new.Room was very spacious and very neat. Linen was clean and so were the towels.They have swimming pool with sun beds.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment style accommodation. Wasn’t very busy or crowded which we liked. Check in was friendly and easy. Good amenities inside apartment and parking on site. Pool was supposed to be heated but it didn’t feel like it. Some areas inside the apartment smelled mouldy and unpleasant. However, overall was good value for money.

The pool is solar heated so at this time of the year it can still be a bit cool as the temperature's at night have been very cold recently, which takes a long time to try and heat back up during the shortened daylight hours.We look forward to seeing againKind regardsBeaches Apartments

We arrived around 12pm and asked if we could check in a bit early. We were told we cant check in early despite the apartment been ready for check in. This was very unusual service considering the property was quite on Friday. Then when we actually tecieved the key we walked into the unit the smell was horrible. It had a moldy smell and cleaning products used didnt leave a nice scent at all. The carpet was ripped in the lounge and the unit felt outdated. Overall it was disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. Check in is from 2pm and you did arrive early. Unfortunately the room was not ready at 12pm as the housekeepers were still cleaning. as soon as the room was ready you were provided the keys and did check in prior to 2pm. you were also able to use the pool area while you waited.The cleaning products we use are all environmentally friendly with natural fragrances. we are aware of a small rip that a prior guest has done in the carpet and we are in the process of getting this repaired.Sorry you were disappointed with you stay and that we didn't meet your expectations.Kind regardsBeaches Apartments

The quality of the accommodation was ok. If you don't like breathing in smoke, then this accommodation is not for you. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas, including room balconies and courtyards. So when we were in our courtyard, in our rooms with the windows/screen doors open or using the pools, there were constantly breathing in smoke.

We had a fabulous stay here . Well appointed. kitchen with everything you would need . Dining table , little alcove area and the apartment had everything . We were really happy with everything supplied .

Very clean well equipped for our needs and the generous bed in a separate room and a lounge area with comfortable seating was great. The walk-in shower was a lovely bonus not often seen but appreciated by my wife and I.

We were pleasantly surprised by neatly presented and well thought out apartment. Bed was massive with starched clean sheets, yes please! Our ground floor apartment had a neat privacy hedge around it. Pool was clean and well presented as was the complimentary Beaches putt putt circuit. Other guests were out enjoying amenities and playing music but never felt overcrowded. Would book again.

We'll be back
Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Fans in each bedroom and air-conditioning in the lounge room. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2 televisions. Washing machine and tumble dryer as well. 5 minute walk to the beach. Small but adequate pool with small kiddies splash pool. We were very happy with our stay.

The apartment was very, very clean, quiet and well appointed. I was very pleased to find a teapot and coffee plunger as well as the usual kitchen implements. The communication was excellent for my arrival and departure. Beaches Resort is in a convenient spot almost half way between Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Highly recommend.

Perfect upstairs front apartment with a balcony looking down at the pool & carpark. Comfy, roomy, clean, two bedroom, full kitchen & laundry. Walking distance to the bay, Chinese restaurant, and Wests Diggers for dinner. Made use of BBQ facilities. Easy check in and out. Recommend for sure. Happy to return.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, place was in a convenient location and amenities were good. Rooms were a great size. Only issue was the shower and hot water which wasn’t great. I would definitely come back though.
