"Elk at falls creek was an amazing stay. The in house restaurant Sorella had amazing food and service was fast. The menu choice I felt was a bit limited, however of the choices , all was cooked exceptionally well and all were tasty. I liked that the property has a separate entrance to use after being out on the slopes as well as the area for taking off boots was plenty and close to my room. "We absolutely loved our annual family snow week. Plenty to do on the farm for non skiers. Fresh eggs everyday, loved feeding the chickens and sheep, kids loved all of that, having an outside fire eith marshmallows and spooky stories and cosy family nights and 4 days of skiing as well. Ed was terrific showing the kids hay feeding time with the cows. Special hugs to Walter and Speckles those gorgeous pups. We are definitely returning next snow season. "

"Enjoyed collecting and roasting chestnuts picked from the grounds. Quiet. Lovely deciduous trees which are mature size. Good quality fittings and soaps and lotions which adds to the experience. Drove to the surrounding mountains and nut groves. Autumn is a great time to enjoy Bright. "

"We loved our stay at Houghs Cabin. We loved the well appointed cabin, the cleanliness, the quality of the linen and all aspects of it. The garden was a delight for us and our dog.Communication leading up to ourstay and also after we settled in was excellent.And such a peaceful and pretty aspect.
