"Great property, well stocked with amenities, great location, close to everything in town, loved the smart tv, very warm and cosy, especially during snow season, only downside, home was infested with spiderwebs and spiders on ceilings, behind beds and furniture and even had one little guy crawl out from the sink as I was washing the dishes..."

"The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location and facilities were great, and I have no complaints about the property itself.Unfortunately, my experience with the host was disappointing. From the beginning, communication felt unfriendly and at times unnecessarily rude. "The property was well located for the bus to Hotham & bars & shops in Dinner Plain.
I recommend signage for the chalet & the parking be made clearer, especially for those arriving at night.
Bunk bed mattresses could have been more comfortable.
The airing/drying room for ski gear was not ventilated, which was a problem when drying boots & clothes.
Otherwise, a good warm space after a day skiing.
I would rent again if the drying room was ventilated!"
