Enjoy some of the best views at Wintergreen from this updated Overlook condo. Take in beautiful sunrises from the private deck or expansive picture windows, then unwind beside the wood-burning fireplace with a stone hearth. The primary suite offers a king bed, private deck access, and an ensuite bath with a Jacuzzi tub. A queen guest room includes its own balcony. Every season offers something special, with hiking, skiing, golf, festivals, and outdoor adventures throughout Wintergreen Resort.

Please note that this condo is located on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator. Guests must use the exterior stairways to reach the unit. Once inside the condo, the living space is all on one level with no interior stairs.

Building management requires the water heater to be turned off whenever the condo is unoccupied. Upon arrival, guests will need to turn on both the water heater breaker and the water supply valve. If the condo has not been occupied recently, it may take several hours for the water to fully heat.

Guests planning to use the Peloton should bring their own compatible cycling shoes.

The condo is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator. Once inside the condo, everything is located on one level with no interior stairs.

Firewood is provided near the entrance to the building. Please be sure to open the fireplace flue before starting a fire.
