"I can't thank Angie enough for her assistance during this rental, she was so helpful! My daughter was staying in Townsville for 5 weeks, and was lucky enough to stay in this little apartment which has just been refurbished and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. "The apartment is a good size to accomodate a few people and is in a good location - walking distance to the Strand, Casino: and the Ferry over to Magnetic island is right across the street. Nice pool to cool off in. Outdoor area of unit is great too but the furniture really needs some attention/ updating - old, covers coming off and missing back cushions. Overall a good stay and would stay there again."

"Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. "Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. And not being able to use the spa jets in the bathroom, but that’s likely a short term issue. Very good location and a nice pool. "

"The self contained unit was well present and very clean. Set with all the necessities to make our stay easy and relaxing. Communication with manager Monica was clear and direct. She was knowledgeable about the island and happy to share. The accommodation is on a bus route and close to the local shops. The pool was a particular treat.
