"I could see the ocean from the windows, the beach is a short walk away. Everything functioned and was clean and comfortable!! No AC but the breeze and the fan made it comfortable! It’s a simple no frills place with slightly dated decor. A great mini cabin - no shared walls! It wasn’t fancy but it was private and beautiful! I’ll absolutely stay again!! "

The shower in small bedroom bathroom is corroded and hard to regulate. The sink in small bathroom leaks in back top. Latches on screen doors and back gate are rusty. Otherwise, fine. "

"You pay for what you get here. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pictures are outdated, there is new furniture in the place. The TV is technically a smart TV but it hardly works. I did like it was on swivel so you could watch from the bed or the couch. The bathroom window has a big cardboard sign saying to not open it. The front door had about an inch of draft at the bottom. " Loved the location, it was so quiet and peaceful. The beds were great. I usually get a sore lower back from having the beds be too soft. These were great. There were a few dishes that were put away dirty and someone’s old bandaid on the floor. Also, no coffee maker. There was a kuerig but no pods. I brought ground coffee but had to go buy pods cause no coffee maker. But other than that, a nice place."

"The place was awesome for kids, we had two sets of twins and two moms on our trip and we had a great time. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The check in and out was super easy and there wasn’t an exhaustive list of chores to be done at the end.
