"Honestly this place was clean and the mattress was comfortable. We really only used the place to stay. There are a few things you should be aware of. It is heated with fuel oil. It wasn’t a problem for us since it heats hide and warm. But it does have a faint smell, especially when you first walked in and was like what is that smell?? It is the fuel oil. It seemed to go away once it started heating up. This was not a deal breaker for us. It did heat the place up fast. The sheets are microfiber....

"Great location in downtown Marquette, in a building from the early 20th century. The pub is great, with excellent food; it opens at 4 pm. There is no restaurant service before that time, but there are good options within walking distance, and my room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, so I made breakfasts there. There was no housekeeping during a one-week stay, which I liked, since I was working online most mornings. Staff provides towels, coffee, etc. on request. I enjoyed the view from the fifth floor, overlooking a neogothic church and the lower harbor."
