Tuvimos un problema con la reserva de Expedia, ya que no les había llegado. Pero el hotel nos lo arregló rápidamente ofreciéndonos otras habitaciones. Excelente trato del recepcionista. Habitación muy cómoda, con nevera , microondas y televisión. Todo lo necesario para pasar una noche cómoda. El aire acondicionado hace ruido, pero para dormir se puede apagar. Pasa un tren de vez en cuando, pero bien.Recomendable hotel .

Hotel cómodo y limpio a medio camino de la ruta 66. Desayuno basico pero se agradece para empezar el día con energía. Enfrente hay una gasolinera y sitios cerca para poder comer algo.

The managers, Sam and Karen, are fantastic. They really do all they can to make your experience fantastic. The motel itself is pretty basic, but it’s nice and clean. I have stayed here twice and it is a great value.

Check-in relatively slow; 1st room I was given (#106) had not been cleaned so was given an upgrade, room #217. In this room: AC/Heater non-functioning; Sink hot water - in contrast to the powerful cold - barely sprays out; Sink clogged, I actuated the stop-valve and hair, etc floated up from the drain. This helped it eventually drain out the water; Water leak from behind the sink kicked out pint or two of water across bathroom floor; Bath mirror cracked across it’s entire face; Microwave glass base plate not original so doesn’t spin when in use. Bottom line: My price, at best, should have been 1/2 what I paid ($89 total). But at least it’s pet friendly.

Our room was very clean. The bathroom sparkles and the sheets are new. The people at the front desk are vwry nice and eager to help their customers. This is a 2 star hotel with 5 star service.

Basic and no air
Room was not a typical Red Roof experience. It was basic and clean, but the air took until literally 230am to get anywhere close to tolerable. If you need a basic plac it’s ok, but being in a sweat box after a cold shower was not what we needed after 8 hours in the road.

Pretty bad. Greeted by a pleasant lady but rapidly deteriorated after that. A filthy floor ( my feet were black), three dead cockroaches and a view one side of the bin and concrete wall, and on the other, some sort of parking lot. Towels were a bit threadbare, No soap. TV subtitles stuck on. All the cigarette butts and filth ended up at the door because of how the wind blew. They should use the room (114 I think) for storage and not let it out, it's tucked away in the corner under a stair. It's really nasty! As a result, we didn't risk the breakfast as we wondered what the hygiene was like in the kitchen; went down the road to the very good Wagon Wheel instead. I would definitely spend the extra and stay down the road instead.

Given the room rate, I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal, just a clean room with a functioning mechanical system inside and out. The reality was significantly less than that. The room smelled of a strange disinfectant that was unexpected, but tolerable. In the middle of the night the AC unit started to screech EVERY time the fan stopped. I knew the only solution would have been to switch rooms in the middle of the night and I was unwilling to do that to my 80 y.o. who was with me. Even without her hearing aids, she was bothered by it as well. As for the “limited” continental breakfast, I was disappointed by the choices available and appalled by the food handling itself. The milk had sat in an open pitcher for days as evidenced by the ring of congealed milk on the side of the pitcher. The ice machine took 5 minutes to dispense enough ice for 2 glasses, then quit. When these issues were brought up with the owner/manager, I was told it was my fault for not calling in the middle of the night about the AC and being moved to another room. The response to the breakfast issues was a shrug, as was the ice machine. She then just walked away and closed a door. The only bright point was being directed where to get cheaper gas. While helpful, it certainly did not make up for the major shortcomings of the stay. I would urge any travelers to give this establishment a wide berth.

Worked for the night
Check-in was good. Friendly guy at the counter. Room looked clean, but really wasn't. Noticed the remote felt dirty, so I cleaned it, gross. Then noticed a jolly rancher wrapper in the sheets at the foot of the bed when we woke up...we didnt have jolly ranchers! Continental breakfast was twinkies and ding dongs, went well with the coffee.
