Villas en Nečujam

"Location is amazing. Property even better. One negative is that there is no property parking, so you have to park on the side streets and walk to property. And since its peak of the season, it was impossible to find close parking spot. So we had to drive in circles for hour or so. Google maps was unhelpful since the house is tucked in. But thats how split is, million and one of small intertwined one way streets. Once we found it we had a good laugh because it was so close. Definitely would stay...

"The property was amazing and so was the host/owner! Very clean, new, modern/high end plumbing and lighting fixtures, and interior finishes. Pool was great and so was the view from the pool terrace. The owner was most gracious and greeted us with a charcuterie board of local ham, cheeses and olives. Great location within walking distance to old town. If we are ever back, we will stay there again."

"We have just had a week stay in this wonderful villa. It is just beautiful and has everything we needed for a wonderful week stay. The weather was superb and so we made use of the pool area with the kitchen area and BBQ being so handy to use. Would not hesitate to stay here again and for our first ever stay in Croatia we cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Zvonimir! "

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment so close to the historic centre of Split . We really enjoyed the pretty private courtyard and access to the big wonderfully jetted hot tub. Inside the apartment the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and the whole unit was gleamingly clean. Bonus--there was a great bakery across the street and a small grocery just down the street. We would highly recommend this accommodation."
