The Nebraska City to Brownville bike trail is located at the end of the driveway, and walk-in Missouri River fishing access is about a mile east of the home. The wooded surroundings offer peaceful views, birdwatching, and occasional wildlife sightings.

Please note: wooded-area access may be restricted during rifle hunting season, typically around the second week of November, for guest safety.
