"It's not often you can stay at a Chateau like this one. Pictures only give a hint of the beauty. The wine was superb as were the kitchen utensils. We had a guest for dinner and were able to put out a formal dinner for 5. A great place to enjoy plus a small business area with everything needed. Will enjoy staying here again for a longer stay to enjoy the wine experience available."

"This was a lovely villa in a beautiful area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool- (possibly older teenagers (which we didnt have) may have found it big enough between them?). However, it was perfect for the ages of our children - [four of them aged between 5 and 13]. The location was great for a wine tasting tour of a local vinyard (Carsin Vinyard - really informative and friendly), day trips to St Emillion and back to Bordeaux twice. Great supermarket nearby...

"Excellent house, lovely garden. Beautifully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sitting room. Host very helpful. Wines to purchase in house. Perfect selection of local wines. Good variety. Too cold for us to use pool. Must be great in summer. Immaculately clean. New linens. All very beautifully coordinated. Quiet village. Great shops in Brenne 15 minutes away. One of our party rented a bicycle and did rides in the vicinity We spent time in st emilion for lunches etc. Excellent in every way. "

"De entrada, pensamos que nos habían timado: el GPS nos llevó a una carretera comarcal a las afueras del pueblo, llamábamos al dueño y nos salía la contestadora, mandábamos Whatsapp y no respondía… Pasada una media hora decidimos caminar el pueblo a ver si, por la foto, encontrábamos la casa. Había una mujer en una calle, como esperando y le preguntamos. Era la esposa del dueño. Ahí todo se arregló. Nos explicó que él estaba trabajando y no podía atender el teléfono. "We hebben hier een nachtje geslapen onderweg naar spanje. Het was een ruime en nette plek. We vonden vooral het terras aan de achterkant van het huis heel lekker met uitzicht op groen en hebben daar fijn gebarbecued. Boodschapjes kun je in het nabijgelegen dorpje doen. S avonds hebben we een mooie wandeling gemaakt door de omgeving en het dorpje waar dit huisje ligt. Bedankt!"
