Muy linda casa con vista espectacular

La casa es tal cual las fotos, ,moderna, limpia y tiene bastante equipamiento para facilitar la estadia, En el interior predomina un blanco relajante con ventanales y en el exterior la terraza con pileta y el lugar para comer tienen vistas espectaculares. Para recorrer la isla hay que tener auto y para llegar a la casa el auto tiene que tener minimo traccion delantera porque hay 1, 5 kilometros de camino rural no pavimentado y en los ultimos metros una bajada y una subida muy empinadas. Los muebles son livianos a la vista y muy funcionales, faciles de mover segun el viento o el sol. La ubicacion de la casa es cercana a las playas que mas nos gustaron y buena para recorrer la isla. Muy recomendable.

My friends and I treated ourselves to this villa for a relaxing vacation to spend our R&R time at the gorgeous villa. However, it's important to do your research and we wish we knew about some of the downsides before booking. Below are a list of pros and cons, so you have all the information needed before booking as well. Especially as some of these cons may be dealbreakers:Cons:- There are bouts of STRONG 30 mph wind that cannot be forecasted until only a few days before during June - September. This makes it difficult to take advantage of the outdoors area of the villa, which is the most enticing part of this property. - There is one rocky and steep road in and out of the villa that is very difficult to drive on if you're not familiar with this type of terrain. Google Maps is also inaccurate at estimating drives. It took us 10 min just to drive from the villa to a main road every time we wanted to leave - and we wanted to leave quite often to avoid the strong winds during our stayPros:- The views are insane and it's an extremely unique property- If you have good weather (low to no winds) it is a gorgeous place to R&R, taking advantage of the view and outdoor pool- The host is extremely kind, responsive, and great at recommending things to do at the property or exploring the island. My friends and I hired a private chef one night at the villa, which I highly recommend!

BEST VIEW IN ALL OF NAXOS! We even cancelled our reservation at Rotunda because why drive 30 minutes for a sunset when we can get an even better view from the comfort of our own home? The location is easy to find, especially with the directions that the host provided. The one lane road in and out can see daunting but once you do the drive a couple of times, it is a piece of cake. It is a 15 - 20 minute drive to the market / beach / restaurants but everything was easily accessible.The outdoor space is amazing - we spent all day in the pool and ate every meal at the outdoor dining area. The inside of the house has all upgraded amenities, including a state of the art kitchen where we could prepare meals. We utilized the concierge service to have a private chef cater lunch on our first day, which was absolutely delicious. Chef Kostantina also shared her recipes so I can try to recreate her dishes at home. We had leftovers for days so I recommend booking this early in your trip. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of towels. The information pamphlet provided said we would each have 2 towels. We had 1 towel for each person to use for both the the pool/beach and shower. We ended up just doing laundry more frequently but it is an opportunity for improvement. Located on the top of the mountain, the property is incredibly quiet and secluded. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone that wants a quiet week away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Amazing view

What prompted me to look at renting this house was that amazing view. It was just as amazing in person. The house was clean and beds comfortable. The only issue was that we got an email that said we could check in at 1400. The housekeeper was there and stated that we could not check in till 1600. She let us put up our groceries and we hung out at the pool. We had an amazing time.

Einfach traumhaft

Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen im Haus verbracht und haben jede Sekunde dort genossen. Der Blick auf Paros und das Meer ist unbezahlbar. Ebenso der wunderschöne Fels, der das Grundstück von hinten begrenzt. Das Haus ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Incredible views, Incredible island

We absolutely loved our time in Naxos. The house was perfect in every way. We were able to cook at home some nights and go out on others. We absolutely needed an SUV to reach the house but those dirt roads were part of the adventure. We were able to arrange a private catamaran tour for the day through the concierge service and we had the time of our lives. I would visit Foliá again in a heartbeat. Magical place!

A magical vista

I cant say enough fabout our stay at Villa Folia as I would be here all day. The views are absolutely worth the dusty journey to this oasis. The house was beautifully furnished with everything a family would need and the island and villa Folias sunset will always hold a dear spot in my heart.

Beautiful views

While the drive off the main road is a little bumpy (SUV is definitely needed!), it is worth it. The views of Naxos and the sunset are amazing. All the bedrooms are on the lower floors - take note. What we loved also is how close the beaches and restaurants were from the house as well as the airport.

Absolute paradise!

We just returned from a week stay at Folia and had an absolutely amazing time! The home is appointed perfectly - we enjoyed cooking dinner there every evening and the kitchen has everything that we needed to make a daily Greek feast! The place seems even more spacious because of the huge outdoor area - pool and outdoor kitchen. Communication with Aymeric was seamless from the minute we booked the house until we returned home. The orientation booklet was so helpful regarding any questions we had around the house or regarding restaurants and other things to do around the island. It is a very private location, which we appreciated and, although we explored the island, some of our best memories will be of sitting by the pool and enjoying the scenery. Thank you for sharing this magical property with us!

Vue spectaculaire

La maison est située sur les hauteurs avec une vue magnifique sur l'île de Paros, qui en fait son plus gros atout. le propriétaire vous donne une description complète de la villa par livret qui est très bien fait. Il est vrai que l'accès n'est pas évident mais on y a arrive. A savoir qu'il peut y avoir beaucoup de vent mais sinon la terrasse avec sa piscine, sa cuisine d'été et la vue, c'est top. De plus, l'île de Naxos est vraiment une très belle île avec beaucoup de choses à faire.

Gorgeous views challenging location

The view from the property was amazing. Very windy by the pool so hard to enjoy outdoor dining. Need better furnishings in the interior of the house. The road to the house and driveway is not for the faint of heart but you get used to it. Truly amazing sunsets every evening.

Great “nest”!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home! Our group of four adults found it had any convenience we needed. The bedrooms were cozy and clean. The indoor and outdoor kitchens were well equipped, and we prepared several meals at home. The pool and patios were ideal for enjoying both the sun and sunsets. Definitely need a 4 wheel drive or powerful SUV to navigate the drive in/out!

Spectacular sea views

We spent a week and we didn’t go back to our countries. The house was in perfect conditions. The sea views are spectacular. Sunset , no words. It is very close to Naxos town around 20 minutes by car and 15 minutes to the Plaka beach. Which is fantastic , huge and beautiful. We recommend the 4x4 car as the last km or so is off road. But also it is a bit of fun no worries. Definitely it has been a fantastic week . I highly recommend this property

Amazing place with unmatched views

This villa was fantastic. I recommend a SUV for getting to the house. Once there, the 180 degree views and pool are outstanding! House is also well stocked with pots, pans, etc.

Quite getaway!!

Everything was perfect and if down time is what your after, this property is for you!! With stunning views from upon high to super sunsets not even Santorini can best what this location offers. As to the home and its appointments, one can quickly see the owners stay here from time to time so there's nothing that you'll need to buy, beyond food and beverages of your choice, to ensure a superb and totally stress free vacation.

Très satisfaisant

Très belle propriété, bien située mais un peu difficile d'accès. Nous avions réservé début mai, saison où il y a manifestement toujours beaucoup de vent, ce qui fut le cas; il n'est donc pas possible de se baigner, ni de profiter vraiment de la terrasse. Nous aurions donc apprécié de bénéficier du tarif demi-saison. Pour le reste, nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison en elle-même, ainsi que la vue sur Paros.
