Tutto ok

Buon hotel,non centralissimo ma comodo per il bus per le spiagge- fermata cinema - Centro a 1,5km, porto a 2, se si ha solo lo zaino,é una passeggiata. Pulizia tutti i giorni,molto bene,mentre le forniture sono un po' datate,ma tutto sommato é andata bene.

Good location right next to the beach and not too far from Naxos town. No lobby or reception area really which was kind of odd. Pool is small but nice. Rooms are small but clean.

Malheureusement l’endroit n’est pas bien entretenu. Les placards de la cuisine étaient cassés, il n’y avait pas assez de vaisselle (pas de couteaux, une seule fourchette, pas de casserole…) et la salle de bain n’avait aucune ventilation et était dans un état délabré. La piscine et l’espace détente étaient néanmoins propres et en bon état,

You only need to walk 2 minutes to go to the beach, there are nice restaurants on the beach. 30 minutes walk from the city centre. The communication with the staff was a little bit complicated for the check-in, still nice people. The room was nice, we just didn't like the bathroom, really small and no curtain for the shower...

Budget property but with pool and easily walkable to nearest beach. Cleanliness could definitely be improved and facilities for self-catering were basically non-existent in terms of any utensils. No info on check in procedure and no reply to our message through Expedia. Would probably stay again for price but just have realistic expectations. Car recommended.

We loved our stay at Sunny Beach. Our room was on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was large with an updated bathroom, closet and little kitchenette with cooking utensils (frypan, pot, cutlery, stovetop). Thomas was amazing, very welcoming and helpful - even had his number for after hours questions about the property or Naxos. Our room was cleaned everyday - fresh top sheet, towels and even our dishes washed! It was about 15 mins walk to town and 20 to the dock but you can walk along the beach which is about 200m away and there are lots of cafes/restaurants along there. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk which is great. The pool was great with pool lounges and had areas of shade which was key in the heat. The only tiny negative was that we found the mattress hard, however that’s person preference. We highly recommend staying here - amazing value for price!!

Appalling check in

All communication via phone calls to confirm check in time etc. No one to meet at property on arrival or message left to say which apartment. Again we had to phone them. On departure day note delivered requesting walk to an office 1/2 mile away to complete check in. On phoning to query was told it was to pay 3€ room tax in cash. Which agreed could leave in room with the key. Accommodation paid for by card. Also so room cleaned in afternoon when we were in for a siesta, cleaners only staff present during our stay. Shower and kitchenette very dated and didn’t drain properly.Curtains wouldn’t close. Shutters wouldn’t stay closed and were rotten at bottom. Toilet or shower leak.

The actual hotel experience was fine. The rooms were filled with young college students that partied all night long very loudly [until 5-6am each night we were there]. One afternoon I was floating on my back in the pool by myself and 4 young men jumped into the pool and were splashing heavily until I swam to the ladder to leave. When I started climbing out, they cheered and laughed. As I walked up the stairs to my room, they continued to laugh and jeer. It made me feel very uncomfortable after that and I never went back to the pool again. There isn't a staff member there except between noon-4pm, so there was no one to report this to or to feel safe. The next day we were on all day excursion so I missed the staff member again and just kept directly to my room when I was there.

Hotel Stay

The hotel itself was just fine. It gave me the beautiful Greece feel I was looking for, however, what made me give a two star rating was that I had jewelry go missing. I was unaware cleaners came into the room while you’re out. It would have been just fine if all they did was come in and empty the trash but they touched my things and stole some of my Jewelry. At first I thought it could have been an honest mistake. I had put some jewelry I took off in a little baggie on the nightstand instead of in my jewelry box since I didn’t want to dig through my suitcase at the time. When I was packing to go I couldn’t find the baggie so I assumed the cleaners mistook it for trash and threw it away, but then I noticed I was also missing a pendant from inside my jewelry box. I didn’t wear this necklace while I was here, so there’s no way it could have been anywhere but inside my jewelry box. This now leads me to believe that my jewelry was in fact stolen and not accidentally tossed. The hotel itself was clean and quiet but if you stay here make sure you decline room service or put locks on all your things.

Es war günstig und für ein paar Nächte OK. Mehr aber auch nicht. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hinten raus gehabt. Geruch beim betreten modrig/schimmlig, wahrscheinlich von der veralteten Küchenzeile, bei der z. B. eine Verankerung einer Schranktür herausgerissen war. Küche zudem schlecht ausgestattet: nicht ein normales Messer, nur ein großes Brotmesser. Glühbirne an einem Bett kaputt. Schlechtes bzw in dem Zimmer nicht nutzbares WIFI.

Οικονομικό στούντιο, δε μας έλειψε κάτι.

Θετικά: Καθημερινός καθαρισμός δωματίου Ήσυχο περιβάλλον Κοντά στο κέντρο, 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια Δίπλα στη θάλασσα του Αγίου Γεωργίου Κουζίνα, ψυγείο. Αρνητικά: Κακή σύνδεση Wi-Fi Μη ενημέρωση σχετικά με το check-in !ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ! Κάτι που δε γνωρίζαμε είναι ότι το check-in πραγματοποιείται στο ξενοδοχείο Naxos Holidays που βρίσκεται 350 μέτρα μακριά από το στούντιο, στο τέλος του δρόμου. Εάν το γνωρίζετε εξαρχής είναι εύκολο να πάτε καθώς είναι στο δρόμο σας για το στούντιο λίγο πριν στρίψετε.

Grosse déception vs prix élevé

Très déçus… les photos de l’annonce ne sont plus d’actualité. L’hôtel est très vétuste. Tout s’est abimé et les chambres sont dans un état lamentable. La porte de notre dressing est tombée car les gonds ne tenaient plus. Trois lattes du lit tombaient toutes les nuits. Beaucoup de cheveux dans la chambre qui n’était pas propre à notre arrivée. Pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre : elle était tiède parfois sinon froide. Et le débit d’eau était très bas. Enfin, le wifi ne marchait pas bien du tout. Il ne doit plus être très efficace à en juger par le mot de passe « 2014 »… Seule la piscine était ok. Propre et chaude, et en bon état… mais pas les parasols sur la terrasse où il ne restait que le métal a nu, et rien pour s’abriter.

Good location and staff, room could be more comfy

Staff were lovely, from the lady that I spoke to the phone to, to the receptionist, who kindly carried my stuff to the room. Room had a really good view. The rooms are in a very central area, 15 mins walk to the center of the town and 5 mins walk to the beach. Might feel quite dodgy to walk in the night but I found it to be safe and nice. The wifi was very bad and nearly never worked. Also there was not hot water late at night. The cutlery and crockery that was provided looked quite aged. The bed was quite uncomfortable and it broke during my sleep. The shower was quite small to fit a slim person in.

Studio sympa,dans un endroit calme, méritant encore un peu d'aménagement autour (entretien peloouse ou mettre des fleurs ou autre). Difficile à trouver avec des bagages à promener car assez loin du port. Il faut s'enregistrer ailleurs, le bureau étant à côté du SPAR. Accueil étrange avec quelqu'un qui me propose pour le même prix une chambre en plein centre dans un hôtel?????? Y'a pas photo et si on voulait un studio on ne voulait pas une chambre.

Satisfied with the hotel but not a good area

It was a really spacious modern studio , Very clean and with comfortable beds. I stayed for three nights and I was really satisfied, the only problem was the area really really far from the city of Naxos it might say that it is a 10 minutes walk but it’s not it’s more than 20/30 minutes and the area there is of a poor electricity really scary when coming back at night because there is only two more hotels here and there before we reach ours and no homes or people around, it feels really creepy. Another thing is we would have been happy if they had a car to pick us up from the port so they can show us where the rooms are and how to reach them ,we didn’t have a car so we had to struggle with our suitcases until we find the room ,nevertheless we had a nice experience and to avoid all these next time we’ll definitely get a car.

- the localisation on Google Map is wrong; - there is no reception at all, no staff, no name on the building; - we bought a bedroom with a seaview, but there is no seaview and so we looked on bamboos and other balconies (so tiny we had to move the table and chairs to close the shutters); - we booked a double bed and had two single beds; - it's far too expensive for the quality of the accomodation : very bad mattress, no kettle, not enough cutlery, no tea towel and worn out towels which were so old they were grey!

Près de la plage. Studio très propre et beaucoup plus beau qu'en photos. Il n'y a pas de réception à proprement parler aux studios. À notre arrivée, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir et aucunes indications sur ou s'adresser. Finalement, par d'autres touristes, nous avons su que nous devions nous rendre à un autre hotel à 5 minutes de la afin d'avoir la clé. Grosse perte de temps et frustrant car rien n'était indiqué!
