Naxos beach house, one minute away from the beach!

  • Naxos eye beach house se encuentra en la playa de Plaka, que es una de las playas más bellas de Naxos. No hay camino entre la casa y la playa, eso es lo que hace que el lugar sea tan especial.

    La casa de playa es una casita de 140m2 que consta de dos plantas. En la planta baja hay un amplio salón con cocina totalmente equipada y comedor. Al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el dormitorio pequeño, luminoso y colorido con un sofá cama doble que se puede utilizar tanto para niños como para adultos. Al lado de esta habitación hay un baño con ducha y WC. En la planta superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una cama queen size donde podemos poner posiblemente una cama extra para un niño. La habitación superior también tiene una terraza increíble desde donde se puede ver el mar Egeo. El baño en el segundo piso es un baño abierto y muy espacioso donde puedes disfrutar de tu baño.

    Hay un jardín de 2000m2 en frente de la casa con hamacas y lugares para sentarse. El jardín te lleva directamente a la playa, así que deja tus zapatos en casa. Ofrecemos tumbonas con sombrilla.

    Haga que su estancia sea inolvidable en una casa de diseño único combinada con la arquitectura cicládica. Aquí encontrarás tu paisaje idílico con impresionantes puestas de sol.

    Descripción de la ubicación del propietario

    La región del sur del mar Egeo

    La casa de playa Naxos Eye se encuentra al final de Plaka (a partir de Orkos). Se encuentra en una bahía, por lo que el mar es como un lago y sobre todo muy tranquilo. La playa de Plaka es una playa de 7 km de largo. El final de la playa de Plaka es una de las partes más tranquilas donde puedes relajarte por completo.

    Después de una caminata de 5 minutos por la playa, se encuentra el Medusa Resort, donde puedes tomar un cóctel en el bar Earth. Sirven almuerzos y cenas también en el hermoso jardín del hotel. También se imparten clases de yoga 3 veces a la semana, para obtener más información sobre el yoga: naxosyoga. com. A unos 20 minutos a pie de la casa hay tabernas, un supermercado y bares de playa. Hacia Orkos está la playa Mikri Vigla, donde se puede encontrar un centro de windsurf y kite y dos supermercados. Esta playa está a unos 15 minutos a pie.

We had a fantastic vacation in Naxos and this house was the reason why. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. The house is awesome with everything you need to relax and unwind. Great outdoor space and most of all just steps from the beach. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach under our private umbrella on our beach chairs. I would highly recommend renting this house.

Wonderful stay, highlighted by the on the beach location and amenities. Great contact by our hosts and very thoughtful touches throughout the spaces. Will certainly return!

Very clean and nice house with everything you need. Beautiful view and a short walk to the beach. Beach was clean and uncrowded with beautiful green and blue water. Perfect view of the sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect home for your stay on Naxos!!! We loved Plaka and this house so much. Direct access to the beach was amazing and the views from the upstairs balcony are to die for. Definitely want to come back!!

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location

The location and layout of the house and grounds were a perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and recover. The beach and water is gorgeous. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Very easy and quick to communicate. Definitely recommend this stay.

A very special place.

We loved our stay at this peaceful beach house, so close to nature - sand dunes, birds, stone hills and fences and the most incredible, untouched sea view I have ever seen. Our new favourite place, we can’t wait to return!!

Family vacation in heaven

Lovely property in a unique quite part of Plaka beach…felt like a private beach. House is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked to make meals. Super friendly cats for cuddles. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful villa in magical location

The villa was really stylish, well equipped and very spacious for a family of 4. Great outdoor spaces. The location was perfect. Immediate access to a stunning stretch of beach, use of fixed umbrella on beach, paddle boards, easy access to a range of restaurants just a km or so walk along beach. Our 2 teenage kids (14 and 16) loved it it as did us adults. Owners also incredibly helpful and accessible.I can’t praise it enough! Hope to be back again one day.

A tranquil gem in Naxos

We loved our stay at the beach house! It is located in our opinion the best part of Plaka which ended up being our favourite beach, just a short walk to the most tranquil beautiful beach and then on to the Medusa hotel earth bar for sundowners and cocktails. The house is beautiful, built in traditional Greek style with everything you could need, including an incredibly comfortable master bed and the most amazing views. We really enjoyed the BBQ area which also had unspoiled views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Lorien was a lovely host who welcomed us and was quick to respond to any of our questions. Thank you, our stay was amazing and will not be forgotten!

Naxos Beach House Vacation

Great place to stay if you want a relaxing beach vacation in Greece. The house was even nicer than it looked in pictures. Beach access is right out the door and 1 minute walk. You will have to drive to get to restaurants, but they were packing the road while we were there and this will make the drive much quicker. The restaurants on Plaka are very good. No need to go back to Chora or Agia Anna to eat. We enjoyed Caya and Picasso. Best supermarkets are closer to Chora, but we made it 6 days with just 1 trip to the grocery.

Amazing beach front house on Plaka Beach

We loved everything about our stay in this beachfront home. The house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and has views that are what dreams are made of. The house is a one minute walk to a gorgeous beach with your own lounge chairs and palapa waiting for you. Mikri Vigla is a short drive or long walk and there you will find fantastic farm to table restaurants (we tried 3 and they were all fantastic). The owner is friendly, responds quickly to any questions, and goes out of her way to make sure you have want you want. We will definitely return!

Naxos stay

The property was great. Plaka beach is fantastic right there. No crowds just beautiful water. I used the hot tub every day! Lorien was so easy to work with and Akis was very helpful getting everything thing set up once we were there. The only small issue was that the property shows more than 2 beds, but in reality it only has 2. A very small bit to pick. Lovely house would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Perfect Greek escape

This well furnished beach duplex is an ideal place for one or two couples to chill on the beach or to branch out to hike the trails that link Naxos’ mountain villages. The house is located on the southern, less developed end of Plaka Beach, but is still in easy reach of markets, bars and restaurants. A car is a must. Akis and Lorien are quick to respond with helpful recommendations. We would love to return and already miss watching the sunset from our bedroom balcony.

Great Family stay

Naxos Beach house is the perfect place for a serene holiday with family or friends in Naxos. Our Family of 5 had plenty of room without getting into each others way. House is well equipped and Lorien was available for all our needs/questions. House is about 16 minute drive from Naxos town (car is a must) but sunsets are incredible and it is just a 30 sec walk in the back yard from a very nice sandy beach. We highly recommend Naxos Beach House and will definitely come back next time we are in Naxos

Great Naxos Getaway

We really loved the location of this. house. It is directly on the quiet end of Plaka Beach. The swimming was wonderful. Laurien was super easy to deal with and always available. The only issues we had were minor. No dishtowels or paper towels when we first arrived and the house was having some septic issues which caused the upstairs shower to drain very slowly. Otherwise excellent stay and would highly recommend!

Meravigliosa!

Everything was perfect. Lorien and Akis are the perfect hosts. It was very easy to talk with them and they helped us with everything. They have always been available to give us information before and during our stay. On my husband's birthday they even brought us a bottle of wine. They are truly wonderful. The house is like seen in the photos, the beach in front of the house is very beautiful and the possibility of having an umbrella and 4 sunbeds always at your disposal is really super. When I'll return to Naxos I would be happy to return here. Thanks Lorien and Akis.

A fantastic stay at a beautiful and well kept house, with direct beach access and the old town a short car journey away. Perfect for families such as us or small groups alike. Great and fast communication from the host.

Just wonderful!

Perfect location, beautiful, very clean, super functional, well designed house and surroundings - the view of the sea and the sunset is unobstructed and makes you never want to leave the house! Impeccable communication with the owner, who was always very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Staying at the house truly elevated our Naxos experience. We will be back!
