Our week at the villas in early July was magical. What a beautiful and comfortable place for our group of 16. So much room for everyone to spread out and hang out in different parts of the outdoor spaces. The house and grounds are impeccable thanks to the work of the caretakers, Achilles and Fotini, who are also very friendly and helpful.The house is in a great location, a short walk to the beaches and to the village. Having cars at our disposal was great to get groceries and water. All of us will keep memories of our stay and of the amazing view forever!

A most beautiful yoga retreat!

We are from the United States, and hosted a yoga retreat with our Yoga Soul company out of Utah at this gorgeous property. I have led retreats for over a decade, and this was the most perfect setting ever. Clean, spacious, beautiful, serene. There is even a yoga pavilion, on the property overlooking the Aegean Sea. Our host Vasilis ensured that everything was perfect for our arrival. Achilleas and his wife, Fofi, care take the property and were onsite caring for rooms, the property at large, and anything we needed. Stelios spent the first few days near us, to ensure all was perfect. Vasilis recommended a fantastic and kind chef, Tasos, and he came all of the way from Athens and created the most delicious Greek food for our group daily. And finally Lila, the recommended massage therapist was excellent, sweet, and uplifted all who received massage from her. We are so thrilled, satisfied, and grateful for these fantastic people, and the property. We will be back, and look forward to it!

Our stay at these Villa’s was absolutely brilliant. The location, villa, owner and support staff were all great. I would recommend this for anyone looking to stay on the island.

Perfect for a big family vacation

We were a big family group of 14 people staying in the two villas and every one of us had a wonderful time. Vasili and his team went above and beyond to provide everything that we might need during our stay, beginning with a wonderful welcome featuring a variety of tasty local products. Vasili and his team were responsive to every question and request that we had. A number of people in our party commented that, unlike most vacation rental properties, this one was actually even nicer than it appeared in the pictures. The pool was fantastic, the bedrooms comfortable, and all the outdoor spaces were beautiful, not to mention the spectacular views. Close enough to town to walk easily, but far enough out to feel like we were in a quiet, private area, the location was great. All in all, it was a fabulous experience for all of us and we would highly recommend this property.

An absolutely idyllic getaway with an incredible host!!

The villas are absolutely amazing with stunning views and the perfect location. The facilities were excellent - the swimming pool was fabulous, not to mention the gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Vasilis was most hospitable and and a very generous host. He welcomed us with local drinks and delicacies. He provided us with great recommendations, arranged a chef Lefteris to cook the most delicious local meals on two evenings and provided two cars for us to use . The island of Koufonisia is breathtaking with magnificent turquoise spotless beaches and excellent restaurants and bars. It is very laid back with really welcoming people. From start to finish it was a holiday of a lifetime for all of us and we are looking forward to a return visit to the villa already. Cannot recommend this villa enough!! The McAlindon Family, Ireland

Excellent accueil avec apéro d’arrivée super sympa Les villas sont situées à 10 minutes à pied du village 2 voitures dont un Mini-van super pratique pour se déplacer sur l’ile inclues dans le prix. 2 maisons attenantes bien décorées et bien équipées pour la préparation et le service des repas. Extérieur exceptionnel avec vue panoramique sur la mer Egée Mini Terrain de football transformable en terrain de volley ou mini-tennis pour les sportifs et enfants Au niveau activité petite île mais jolies plages avec restaurant excellent à Pori Beach Toutes les tavernes recommandées par le propriétaire sont excellentes.. Super cours de yoga vers Pori Beach tous les matins à 9h30 avec une prof exceptionnelle Massage à domicile en surplus super ... Pori beach est aussi un super spot de kitte surf Je recommande sans modération

Pictures don't do it justice

The stay at this villa was much more that we could have imagined. The pictures really don't do it any justice, you don't get as sense of the villa until you step inside. It's absolutely beautiful, clean, bright, spacious and full of all the amenities one would expect and then some, including the use of 2 cars. The views from the from hilltop it's located are amazing to say the least, with 5 min walk to the first beach. Perfect weather everday. Vasilis was a great host, gracious, responsive, and with great recommendations. Koufonisia is not a very large island but certainly packed with beautiful beaches, and we did find plenty of activities to fill our day. We would highly recommend this Koufonisia villa to anyone over the larger Greek islands. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Vasilis for sharing your home! Canada

A perfect getaway - secluded & stunning haven in the Aegean maintained to the highest standards

Thirteen of us from one large family stayed very comfortably in the two houses at Fanis’s property on a secluded hill top, a short (10 min) walk from town and beaches. The houses are kept immaculate - there is not a sign of wear anywhere. Plus the couple who come every day to service the houses are meticulous and discreet. It was very helpful to have the use of two vehicles to shuttle us about when hot or tired (or both). We employed the services of a chef from Athens called Tasos who was simply amazing - his help with all aspects of the catering (shopping, cooking, serving etc.) made our 14 nights even more relaxing and luxurious. The 2-part pool was very popular with all the children and adults. There are lots of chill out areas which can be enjoyed as a group or individually. The gardens are beautifully designed and maintained. We all got lots of sleep in air conditioned bedrooms and most of us benefited from en-suite. There is a strong breeze that blows across the island from time to time but this at least helped keep things cooler, and we got accustomed to it. Koufonissi is a small island and there are only a small number of beaches and services but we still found plenty to do over two weeks given that we took a very relaxed approach to every day! Would recommend this property without hesitation.
