The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beach crossover and the deck spaces. The host was very clear with instructions for entry and exit. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would stay here again in the future for sure!

Perfect location

This was our first visit to Navarre and it couldn’t have been better! The townhouse was exceptionally clean and filled with fun, beautiful decor. We were able to keep a watchful eye on our granddaughters on the beach while we relaxed on the covered patio, which allowed them independence and us peace of mind. It was a perfect location! The neighboring occupants were friendly and quiet, also. Prior to our visit, communications were frequent, clear, accommodating, and frankly, impressive compared to other experiences. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a return visit soon.

Loved the house and the location. There were a few minor things the screen to back sliding glass didn’t work, it would have been nice if the top was covered when it rains so you could sit out on deck and it got warm in the afternoons you couldn’t cut air down below 71 it would cut off it you did.

Gorgeous home on the Beach

We enjoyed cooking meals in the complete kitchen while watching the water! Wonderful space with a colorful, cheery beach vibe. a wooden walkway takes you from your covered deck to your own place on the beach. This is my second visit, and it is a favorite spot for our family!!!

Continue to Love this Property!

This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. We stay at VRBO properties for most vacations and this is one of our favorite places! Navarre Beach is a quiet community, with a fantastic beach. The beach is all white sand with the water being a deep aqua blue which looks more like the Caribbean than a typical Florida beach. The property is located right on the beach, with the a boardwalk connecting the main floor deck directly with the beach. We literally hung out on the beach all day being able to easily walk up to the property, get food and refreshments and head back to the beach. Completely relaxing! The unit is in great shape and is well maintained. We really like having the Master Suite on the 2nd level with its own private balcony overlooking the Gulf, with their being plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed with it being easy to cook our meals there. We hope to be back again and would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thank you!

Best beach in Florida

Location was the absolute best. Walk out on the aster bedroom balcony in the morning, sip coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. End of the day watch the sunset from the living room deck while grilling with the family. Mere steps from the sand and surf. Far enough from the crowds to feel like our own little piece of paradise, but close enough to get into anything we wanted. Plenty of room for me, my wife and 4 teenage to adult children. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Owners were very helpful and even though we really didn’t need anything we knew they were just a phone call away. Can’t wait to come back!

Very good. The rental process was great. We enjoyed the property. Kitchen cabinets & blinds need a bit of an update. Will come back & maybe rent 2 or more.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Great trip! White sand beaches right outside the door with super easy access. The beaches weren’t crowded at all, even on the weekend. This house has a covered porch with lounge chairs which was great to get a break from the sun if needed. We were a little worried about renting the townhouse instead of a separate house because of how close the neighbors would be, but it honestly was no different given the house spacing - no issues at all! House had everything we needed, and our large pup who travels with us often was welcome :)

Excellent location on Navarre Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seagull property, and we found the property listing to be accurate. Great view of the gulf, nice decks to sit out on (upper and lower), easy access to the beach, and the beach was not crowded at all, despite it being Spring Break; this being a function of the house being located far enough away from condos and hotel that very few people would access the beach where we are located. So, if you like a non-crowded beach, this place is great! The property is part of 4 units in one building. All bedrooms are spacious, comfortable beds (not so much on pillows, though, so might bring your own if picky), nice spacious bathrooms, great kitchen, open floor plan, and can easily sleep the 8 advertised. Master is beautiful, overlooks gulf, with its own coffee bar/fridge, etc. and deck. Good washer/dryer. Another bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds, and bedroom on lower level with queen bed. All have their own bathrooms. Would be very hard to find anything wrong with this property! Everything was clean and felt very secure in this area. Short 5-minute drive down to the island's restaurants and 25 minute drive over to Pensacola Beach restaurants, if you want to do that sort of thing. Beach is fantastic here too. Loved our time at Seagull!

Peace and quiet

Navarre Beach (west half) and this condo are perfect if you like low density and plenty of beach to yourself. One of the shortest distances possible from stepping off the porch to dipping your toes in the water...so much easier when lugging gear back and forth to the beach! We would stay here again.

Perfect location. Owners wonderful. More charming than photos reveal. Great parking. Large bedrooms. Immaculate and comfortable. We had quiet neighbors while we were there. Darling artwork. 3 places to eat on island. Many off. Short beautiful drive down Santa Rosa Island to Pensacola and Ft Pickens historical site. Enjoyed breakfast at Alphys, fresh seafood from Narrave Seafood Market, casual dinner at Johnny Hustons and Stripes. Navarre Welcome Center very helpful. Enjoy this natural setting!
