The house was great. It was clean, the decor was nice, and some essentials were already there for us. A quick response from the owner when needed, and a short stroll to the beach.

This home is so perfect and welcoming! From the beautiful decor to the abundance of beach extras (towels, chairs, inflatables, bikes,etc) our short stay was made really special by the hosts.

Loved the house and location! Very easy walk to the beach and the house was clean, cozy, comfortable and well stocked! Wonderful views from the master and front porch. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, inflated floaties, etc. Unfortunately, the beach umbrellas were broken, and the "wind tunnel" just didn't work. I would recommend getting a better replacement beach shade and a better beach caddy. The other major concern was the visible mold growth on the downstairs ceiling between the bedrooms, upstairs around electrical boxes and the recessed lighting.The upstairs master was opened to the stairway below with no door. Not a big deal, but might be a concern for some.We plan on coming back!

The house was perfect for our multi-family vacation. We had views from all angles and porches to enjoy them from. The home was equipped with all amenities to dine in and grill out. Beach essentials were readily available including a shibumi shade for our beach adventures. Beach access was less then a block away with plenty of parking if needed. A great place to set yourself apart from the packed beaches of the mainland.

Nice but not well maintained

Considering the price, age of the property and location, maintenance is needed to update simple issues like a new over-the-oven microwave, inability to cool the back children’s bedroom, critical shelving broken and missing in the refrigerator doors, chipped paint on the shower floor, missing under-the-cabinet lighting, remotes missing that run fans, upstairs toilet that needs a new flush valve and jacuzzi tub clean out. The option to add a small countertop microwave rather than replace the inoperative, installed microwave is not consistent with the value and appeal of the property and location. Our grandson wanted to take a jacuzzi bath. We filled the tub and turned on the jets…brown, slimy, sudsy water came out along with hair and dirt. Obviously, the jet supply lines had not been flushed from previous patrons. The grill worked fine, plenty of beach toys and chairs, four bikes and an outdoor shower. We are not big complainers but again, making some simple and relatively simple fixes will help match the vibe of the location. Add a book on how to run all of the switches and disparate remotes and locations. One last thing-while the views are great out of the master bedroom, add darkening shades or some form of blinds to allow for privacy and too much morning light.

The house is as pictured (which is beautiful ). The hostess was easy to communicate with and ready to handle any issues. We enjoyed our stay. The area is peaceful and beautiful. We will definitely visit again.

Truly perfect

This was an anniversary trip that turned into a family vacation at the last minute. The host made it super easy to get everything situated and was always there any time we had a question. I arranged for a charcuterie board and non alcoholic celebratory drink and we were not disappointed. There was something at this rental for everyone and the owners have truly thought of everything!

Impromptu Family Getaway

This was the absolute best VRBO we have ever stayed in. We were highly impressed with all of the amenities… it was like staying at a high class hotel but so much better. It had everything we could have needed… and the beds were amazing… so comfortable! We actually called to see if we could stay another day but they were already booked which makes complete sense. We will definitely be back and this time for a longer stay. The golf cart was the perfect addition as well and made it so much easier to bring our stuff to the beach. Thank-you for a great stay!!
