The condo was clean, spacious and has a nice view. We were on the second floor directly above the beach store and the pool. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella set up was a plus! The beds were large, but not very comfortable and there weren’t any additional blankets or throw blankets for the couch. The toilet in the master bedroom runs constantly, but it’s bearable if you keep the bathroom door shut. Our check-in code did not work upon arrival, but our host Marlene was easy to communicate with and resolved the issue very quickly. Overall the property was nice and in a great location.

100% we would come back to this condo! We normally vacation on Marco Island but wanted to change it and be a little closer to home this time. Navarre Beach was awesome! The condo is so spacious.. even more than it looks in pictures. Very clean and has everything you would need! Communications was great! Can’t beat that view and our teenage boys loved the pools and hot tubs! Places we ate at were Wind Jammers.. great for drinks, lunch or dinner. Andy D’s also great for drinks and they have a great Cuban sandwich and pina colada!. If you love wine visit The Vine Wine bar. It’s in a strip mall but you wouldn’t know it when you step inside. Such a cool place and great wine tastings!. The Espresso Coffee caboose stop has awesome coffee. Get the speciality coffee!We also went to Dewey Destin for a good seafood dinner. Prices were great and their blackened Mahi Mahi is amazing!We did utilized the charcoal grill on the resort and cooked steaks and some shrimp we got from Where Y’at Seafood, SO good!The Twist ice cream is a great stop too!You will not be disappointed renting this condo. It’s beautiful inside and out. Elevators to the second floor are super quick and you can walk almost everywhere!Don’t forget to hunt for a ghost crabs at night.. super fun!Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Summerwind West 202 is better than describe. It has plenty of room, very clean, well stocked and has an amazing view of the beach. Our host was super helpful and ready to respond at a moment’s notice. If you are looking for an amazing beach experience this condo is for you!

Location was great. Had significant issues w the TVs, signs everywhere that not leaving the controllers would result in a large fine however there were no controllers left for us and 3 of the 4 TVs were not connected to service. Also the WiFi password never worked for us so that crippled my ability to work while there. It was in the parade route which was attractive. Pools were great and clean.

Great location, had a pool and two beach chairs. There is a lifeguard at the beach. All appliances worked great. Plenty of dishes, silverware etc. Plenty of parking. I would definitely consider staying here again !

Spring break

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Summerwinds. The property was beautiful, well kept, and safe. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the pools were great fun for the kids! The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to various restaurants and the pier. We’ve been staying in Navarre for 7 years, but this was our first at Summerwinds resort. We loved it so much and can’t wait to go back!

Family celebration

Property location outstanding. Disappointed that balcony doors could not remain open to hear the ocean due to A/C policy, since that is main reason I stay in an ocean front room for night time ocean sounds. Day time noisy guests in pool and hot tub take away from the ambiance .

JULY 4TH

We took our little family vacation here over July 4th. Stayed 11 nights. Loved watching the fireworks from the patio. The view of the ocean was incredible. Location was great for fishing and beach days. The beach chair and umbrella included in the condo was a great addition. The condo was plenty big for the 5 of us. Had a nice variety of kitchen items making it easy to be away from home. Communication with owner super easy and timely. Definitely had a great time and highly recommend this condo
