The house is in a great location. Close to walk to the Gulf or the Sound. The beds were very comfortable, lots of seating. I wish I had paid attention to the other reviews that mentioned toilet paper. So odd, but they only provide one roll per bathroom. For the whole stay. (9 people, 1 week) We asked for more and got no response, so we had to buy that. We also bought hand soap because there were only small bars of soap provided for the sinks. There were only 2 dishwasher pods (which I was unwilling to buy more of), so we only could run it twice. It’s a great house - it just seems like it could be better managed, specifically single-use items and communication. I highly recommend Navarre in general. Quiet, calm beaches. Great for a family.

Perfect location

The location was perfect. Short walk to beach access on both sides (gulf and bay). The area itself wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay in this location again.

Spring Break

We stayed for our children’s school spring break! The weather wasn’t idea, even so, we had such a great time! When the beach was too windy we hopped down just a very short drive to the sound side of Opal beach! Beautiful drive! (Although there was bay/sound access just across the road!) We just wanted a bit more space and to just see more of the area! We loved it! Such a beautiful place and very close to restaurants, stores, etc! Short stroll to public beach access (with parking if car is needed). We will def be returning! The house is as described and was very clean! All the basics were provided! The owners checked in routinely to make sure we had what we needed also! We don't have any complaints 😊

Great house!

The house was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back. My only recommendation is to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Having a large family we go through that stiff quickly.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving week. The home was very clean and fully updated, and we loved it. Best parts: - All of the linens were white, including the bed spreads, and it was clear that they were super clean. The bedspreads were thin enough that they could easily be laundered in between guests, which is something I'm picky about. - The property management team was really great. They were a quick call or text away, and they always answered right away. Our code didn't work at first, and they had someone on the property five minutes later to get us in. - The house has a great island vibe and nice decor, all of the furniture was new, and while the house is 20 years old now, it was fully updated and very well maintained. The mattresses were new and comfortable, every appliance was new and worked well, and both heat and AC worked great. We would definitely stay here again and will choose Navarre/Pensacola Beach Properties homes again as a preference!

Excellent Beach House

This house was perfect for our family beach trip! We had 2 families with kiddos and 1 set of grandparents and we all enjoyed it. It was well stocked with everything we needed, had a great location, and was a great home! The outdoor shower was so needed and great to have! There were plenty of beach chairs so that was a nice surprise to not have to buy any. It has easy beach access that is a short 5 minute walk. It really offered everything that you would want and was a very reasonable price! Michelle was wonderful to work with and promptly answered any questions that I had. We would absolutely stay there again!

Wonderful stay

House is very accommodating and literally has everything from a million towels (exaggerating but you get it ) and dishes to beach gear. Traveling with a infant? No worries- pack and play, infant pod, high chair- all there. Forgot the sippie cup? Don’t worry they have more. Worried about a kid falling down stairs? Not very scary- these stairs are plush/carpet and the others have doors to limit access to them. All the cooking utensils and pots and pans are there- even a griddle and a crock pot. Sandy at the beach? No worries because the water pressure in all three showers is perfect for getting the same out of long locks. We love Navarre beach

Beach Fun

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, had some supplies already there, and was walking distance from both the bay and the beach. I would rent this property again and would suggest this property to anyone is looking for a quiet getaway!

Great Place to stay!!

We've been coming to Navarre Beach on and off for the last 10 years. This was one of the best places we've stayed. The house is excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Very comfortable seating and amenities. TV's in every room if you need some space but the living room has a big couch for family movie nights. The kitchen was spacious and had everything I needed for a week long stay. I was originally sad about not staying ON the beach but this house was so great, and the location to a public beach access was a 3 minute walk. Some days we drove and parked b/c of all the stuff we had but easy enough to walk home and grab some lunch or anything we forgot. There's a shower downstairs (outside) for sand clean off - so you aren't bringing it all into the house. My husband and kids appreciated the reliable WiFi. We would definitely stay here again, it really was fantastic!

Very nice

Everything we needed. Only suggestion I would make is to consider having a clothes iron and ironing board available. We were in for a wedding and needed one. We ended up borrowing one from others that had come and were staying nearby so it worked out fine. We couldn’t get the ice maker in the refrigerator to work but other than that it was a fantastic place. Nice welcome packet including a bottle of wine! Excellent instruction on how to get to gulf and bay side beach access. Outdoor shower to wash off sand. All the things!

Great Stay

Very clean and well stocked home with latest technology. TVs all had streaming capabilities which were nice for those days the weather didn't cooperate. Communication with property management was always quick. If I had to nitpick about anything, it was that some of the pots/pans were a little dated and didn't quite work for our needs, but everything else about this house was amazing and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
