Navarre vacation was great!

We had a great time at Sescape. Beautiful location, spacious and very well stocked house. Definitely needs some maintance as other people have stated, but nothing that actually bothered us or interrupted our stay. Kimberly Lang reality is great to work with, great with communication. We'll definitely be using her again.

Beautiful spot!!

We loved the location of the rental!! The sound was perfect for our family and we chose that over the ocean side. The water was clearer and the kids loved it. The house does have some cosmetic things that need to be addressed if I was the owner. None of them affected our stay so we found no need to call about them but if I owned it IWould definitely fix the wobbly bunk beds,screws sticking up in the back steps, the lock needs replaced on the back sliding door, water dripped in the master bedroom closet, and the toilet upstairs makes a very weird sound after flushing it. None of these affected our wonderful stay in Navarre Seascape! We would rent again!

Family vacation 2025

This was a wonderful place to stay with small children and family. The private beach made it so nice and safe for the small children. There were so many amenities and equipment to accommodate our toddlers. Our family likes to cook, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our family meals. We really enjoyed your place. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Easy checkin. Great communication with the host. The house itself is... wow! Lots of niceties included. Great area! Zach at the pontoon boat really goes the extra mile. The kids had a blast.

Very well appointed for our needs. We hosted ten family members who came in for a wedding.The unit had everything we needed and all was in good working condition. The house needs some TLC in terms of paint, stain and rust removal on a few things, but no big problems. The water-toys were a welcome bonus for the younger family members.One item the owner needs to address soon is the presence of some kind of wood borer in the ottoman/coffee table in the great room. We cleaned up sawdust every day from the top and around the floor underneath. There is a lot of wood furniture in the house, and they need to be stopped before spreading.Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Perfect location!

My whole group loved this property so much! I truly think it’s my favorite beach house of all time! We had our own beach on the bay, while having the gulf a very short walk away if we wanted to go there. Our kids (ranging 6-13) had the best time! They really enjoyed the paddle boards and fishing off the dock. We didn’t have to stress about rip currents pulling them out to sea. It was truly the best of both worlds. The house had all the amenities needed, including tons of towels, plenty of cookware, beach toys, life jackets, chairs, bikes, etc. I would definitely book this property again!

Sound Side Surprise

We have never chosen to stay on the sound side of any of our numerous beach stays before, but this location was perfect (lots of water and sand toys provided)! The home is in need of some overall maintenance that is not visible in the site pictures, but overall our short stay was great.

Family Vacation

We traveled to Navarre for the first time June 2024 with our adult children and grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful city and the house was the perfect place for our family. We loved the sunsets from the porch, fishing from the pier and swimming in the bay from the private beach. We packed up and went to the public beach one day but the seaweed, or June Grass per the locals, was too much for us so we happilly went back to our little private beach with no seaweed! The house was roomy, well equipped with towels, games and beach equipment. Beds are comfy, house and linens are clean,AC works very well. Neighbors are friendly! Check in, Check out is a breeze. It could use some updated kitchen utensils and a coutertop ice maker would be a great addition. I would highly recommend!! We are already planning a return visit!

A lot of house!

We rented the house for the month of February. It is big and spacious. We loved the private beach and the amenities the agency provided with the rental. We utilized the bicycles often and even tried out the paddle boards. However, the weather was not the best during our stay. I also loved that I could walk across the street to the ocean side. The house is in need of some updates, such as some of the curtains were stained, some of the shades no longer worked correctly and the bathroom sink in the master bath was constantly plugged up. Once the agency was contacted about the sink, they sent someone to try to repair it quickly. Additionally, the close neighbors had approximately a dozen cameras on their house, some pointing in the rental's direction, that I found concerning and uncomfortable, however they were a lovely older couple, and I am sure there was nothing to be alarmed about, but it just was enough for me not to take advantage of tanning on the beach. Also, there were 4/5 houses being built in close proximity to the rental, so a lot of construction sounds during the day, as well as navigating around construction vehicles in the road. these are just minor issues, that will be easily fixed/finished and should not deter someone from renting this beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate from renting it again in the future.
