Owner was very communicative and considerate of us given a pool closure. Unit is well stocked, nicely organized, clean and roomy. Bed is comfortable! The views are stunning! Loved watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony as well as the occasional dolphins. The Pearl is a quiet building with pleasant and friendly residents.

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Rental and check-in/check-out process was smooth. No problems. Would stay again! The only note would be that the water pressure in the master shower was not great, and the inability to have the AC temp below 72 would be something to note if you like it colder.

Wonderful place to stay. My wife and I prefer warmer bulb color in lamps, but not a problem. The tissues in the tissue box in the master bathroom smelled like smoke, but it wasn't a problem, and it's easy to fix.

This is a beautiful condo; well-furnished, very clean and comfortable. The view from the 14th floor of the crystal clear gulf with white sand beaches was spectacular. Our host Pete was responsive and helpful and sent clear, concise instructions about the unit. The pool and hot tub are clean, accessible, and offer nice sitting/get-together seating. Plus, the unit rental includes two beach chairs with umbrella--definitely nice. I highly recommend this rental.

Will definitely stay again. Awesome ocean views from the very large balcony, extremely spacious condo with more room that we expected. Extra quilts and sheets, this seems to alway lack in other places we stayed. Check in/out was efficient and effortless. Quick access and easy access to beach even for those that have issues walking long distances or lots of stairs. They have a very nice ramp to walk up and down. The atmosphere at the beach was very relaxed and calming, hard to put into words but just different from other beaches we have been to in the area. Large and secure parking area and they have many carts on hand to help with getting all your gear to and from your vehicles.

The property was well maintained and close proximity to several restaurants! Pete was super easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only recommendation I’d make are new pillows for all beds and better cutting knives.

Annual Navarre Vacation

We stay in Navarre every year with our young kids and love the area. This was one of our favorite stays. The condo was perfectly seated for the 4th of July fireworks off the pier! The included chairs/umbrella was an added bonus, we usually have to rent throughout our stay. Pete was available if we needed anything and the communication was appreciated. We will be back!

Beautiful

This was our first time staying at The Pearl and we loved it! Very nice condominium. The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw several marine life! Yes even some sharks! The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Answered any questions we had and informed us on anything we needed to know for the upcoming holiday weekend. The condo is just has pictured and described. The only recommendation I would have is that there needs to be a curtain put up in the spare bedroom. The light from outside hallway is very bright and it made it hard to sleep. The master area is very spacious! Overall it was another great trip to Navarre!!

Relaxing beach trip

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and just relaxing on our “beach days.”- The weather during our trip was perfect- Can’t wait until our next trip to Navarre.
