Great Visit

We celebrated our 60th birth among 4 friends. The room was amazing and we had a great time. Loved everything. Close to the restaurants/bars, next door to pier. Accommodations were perfect. We will come back. Thank you!!

Pier serenity

I use a new towel and wash cloth everyday and was only given 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a 6 nt stay had to do laundry everyday. Our neighbors next to us was on their balcony everyday smoking cigarettes and marijuana we just couldn't sit on our balcony and enjoy, went to complain at the office and was told they were different owners and there was nothing they could do. Other than those 2 items we had a nice time...good weather

Great Condo!

We come to Navarre Beach frequently but usually stay at a different complex. We wanted to be closer to the pier so we gave Summerwind a try! We were very happy with the condo. We had a small issue with the AC and the property managers were there within a few hours to fix it. Communication was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone!

This condo has a fantastic location and view. Everything that you need is in the condo, even beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful.

Just as advertised!

The condo has so much to offer! More kitchen gadgets than expected, 3 different kinds of coffee pots. The beds were super comfy! We had an issue with a chirping smoke detector, that was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting it. The location is very convenient for walking to the pier. .

Perfect in every way

Absolutely love staying here and dealing with the property management. The place and the view is just as described. Feels like walking into our home away from home welcomed with a gift basket and lovely card. Second year in a row staying in this unit and 8th year staying at Summerwind. Would recommend to anyone!!

Parking police.

The unit was ok, could use a little painting. Door was supposed to lock automatically (if deadbolt is horizontal), we discovered the last day the door wasn’t locking, luckily no one broke in. The garbage disposal was broken (they repaired day 2). They give you a little slip of paper as a parking pass which unbeknownst to me blew onto floor of car when we opened the doors. This caused my car to be booted and I had to pay $250 to have it removed. They should give a mirror tag or a more secure tag unless the goal is to rip off clients by collecting fees. That pretty much ruined my day. They said I could appeal the fine but it was not overturned.

Best place I’ve stayed so far

Family and i have taken vacations yearly to Destin/Navarre area and this was by far the best place we have stayed so far. Perfect location! Great view of the gulf. Navarre is a hidden treasure. Thanks a lot for the memories that my kids will always treasure.

Amazing Property!!

We had an amazing time staying at Pier Serenity! The view is more amazing than the pictures show, amenities are great, Michelle was extremely responsive and polite to any questions we had. Beach items and gift basket were a very nice touch. We will definitely be coming back!!
