Situated on the 8th floor of the highly sought after Summerwind Resort, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views.

Condo has NEW OWNERS and has been beautifully updated with new furniture, fresh paint, ceiling fans in every room and so much more. The owners visit frequently to ensure everything is maintained in top condition for guests.

One of the highlights of your stay is the private beachfront balcony, offering unobstructed views of the Navarre Beach Pier and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Start your morning with coffee and a sunrise over the ocean, enjoy dinner at the fun surfboard table, and keep an eye out for dolphins playing just offshore.

• Wristbands included and MUST be worn at all times while using resort amenities
• Parking pass included and MUST be displayed in drivers' side front window of car


Other things to note:
Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM. While we’re always happy to let guests in early, when possible, early check-ins are not guaranteed. When you are about 30 minutes away, please text us so we can check the status of your unit. Do not enter the property until a Blue Moon team member has officially checked you in. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to enter while cleaners are still present.
