Check-in was smooth—we got a text saying the unit was ready by 1 PM, which was a nice start. The condo itself was very clean and matched the photos. The owner clearly takes good care of the unit, which we appreciated. However, the overall complex is older and could use maintenance, especially around the exterior and pool area. The layout also felt cramped, with all back patios facing the pool, creating a fishbowl effect and little privacy.The biggest issue was noise. The first night was peaceful, but everything changed once the upstairs unit was occupied. Every step, chair scrape, and conversation echoed. The guests above us were up by 5 AM daily. If you're sensitive to noise, this probably isn’t the place for you.We chose this unit because it was pet-friendly and brought our small dog (10 lbs). Midway through the stay, we got a message via the HOA about a “large pile of poop” outside our unit and a threat of a 100 fine. We never walked our dog in that area, and it’s shared by four units. It felt like an unfair accusation, especially with so many large dogs on the property and little enforcement of pet rules.There are also no pool towels, so plan accordingly if you’re flying in. While the unit itself was great, the overall experience was not relaxing. Between the noise and the aging complex, we’d likely look elsewhere next time.

Nice Location and Unit

The unit was perfect for what I needed while taking care of my grandchildren. It had everything we needed, though an air fryer would be nice:) It was easy to enjoy the pool, walk around the area, and enjoy the beach. This time of year was a bit cold. The only issue we had was after 5pm the keyless entry lock did not work and we were locked out for about 30 minute and the after hours contact number was unable to help resolve the issue. Thankfully, the keyless enters lock eventually opens and we were able to gain access to the room again. This was a tough moment with 3 young grandchildren by myself and bad weather outside. This happened again, but eventually opened after about 5 minutes. The day management replaced to keyless entry lock 2 days after the first incident, due to store availability. Overall, it was a wonderful experience as far as the unit and location was concerned.

Great condo close to the ocean

We loved our stay here! Close to the beach, clean pool, ground floor was so convenient, and very clean on the inside! We definitely recommend this place! Great for families. The beds were also very comfortable! The owner is also so easy to get a hold of!

Fun in the sun!

We had a great trip to Navarre at Flaming Sunrise! The condo was nice and clean. We loved the ground floor patio that made it so easy to come and go from the beach or pool. The beach was easy to access as well. We had good weather all week so we enjoyed plenty of time in the sun!

Home away from home for Thanksgiving

Our family of parents, grandma, and 2 young children enjoyed a Thanksgiving week vacation at Navarre Beach. The condo had a good setup for our needs, including kitchen with washer/dryer unit for laundry (a must) at the beach. The location beachside (2 min walk across the parking lot and over the dunes) was ideal as well as its location next to the Springhill Marriott hotel next door (which has great beachfront pool and hot tub that you could access with resortpass.com). We did not use the condo pool or tennis court during our stay but they seemed in good shape. Regarding location- Navarre Beach is restful, on the quieter side. Gulf Islands National Seashore a few minutes drive down the road. Lots of kid fun/amenities in nearby Destin and Pensacola Beach (each about a 30 min drive from Navarre Beach).

Convenient

Road access to Pensacola Beach a nice drive with parking lots in between where beach access is awesome. The room had a book for entertainment, stores, restaurants nearby. Even suggestions for activities which is excellent to have especially when kids are on the trip. The condo is near the beach within walking distance. Great place to stay.

Great get away for beach and family

First time to Navarre beach. And while there is not much to do in this town. It is a perfect spot to vacation with friends and family. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and big enough for everyone to have space. And two bathrooms is Key. Pool clean and quiet

Great location

This was a clean and nicely located property. I liked having the first floor. You could walk right out to the pool and tennis courts. We really appreciated the extra amenities like use of the beach chairs, sand toys, and little things like soap and dish detergent. It allowed us to pack a little lighter for the trip. Walmart and Aldi weee nearby for easy grocery access. The pier was nice and the beach was great! We will Definitly be back!

Flaming Sunrise

We had a great vacation during our stay in Flaming Sunrise. The home was exactly what we needed with just a short walk to the beach. It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. We really appreciated that we had use of beach chairs. The communication with the owners was easy with quick responses. We can't wait to go again!

Beach vacation

Our favorite part was the location of the pool. It was literally right outside our door. The property has the patio tables and chairs super convenient to eat outside and from there watch the kids swim in the pool which is a few feet away. The beach was also within walking distance. You just had to cross the bridge. That was our favorite part. The house itself is great. It had everything we needed. They even had beach stuff like floaties, noodles, sand toys, nets and small surfboards. The beach umbrellas and chairs came also very handy. We also liked that they had an ice maker. We have nothing but the best to say about the property and the owner. If there’s something to be addressed is that the door to the master bedroom kept on locking on its own and the sink on the other bathroom took a longer time than usual to drain. In the kitchen also the faucet had to be closed a certain way otherwise it would drip. But those things were not an issue for us. That’s just things that can be easily fixed. We had a family with children right in top of us that you could hear the running but that’s nobody’s fault. We just happened to book at the same time that they did and their children were active but once again that has nothing to do with the property. It was clean, comfortable king beds, spacious and good communication. The beach was great. We had a great time and highly recommend this property. It’s on the ground floor which is great for seniors!!
