Condo was very clean. There was a few little things like the dishwasher raxk wanted to come off and the outside doors to the balcony didn’t lock and there was some panels missing from the bedroom balcony window so it wouldn’t close but overall it was great. I’d stay again. The view was phenomenal.

Fun Family Time

We had a great time and the weather was great with partly cloudy and very little rain! Summerwinds Condo is in a great location and Navarre Beach was family oriented. The only negative was that our pool and hot tub was over crowded while he other two buildings had hardly no one in them. We were able to drive short distances to go to the Gulfarium and go on a dolphin sightseeing tour including swimming at crab island (sand bar) in Ft: Walton and to eat some great seafood in Destin.

Very nice place

Very nice place for family Vacation or just a peaceful Vacation. Room was clean and service was great. Highly recommended for people that do not like adult beverages. The only downfall for me was you can't have a adult beverage within arms reach of the hot tub or swimming pool even if its has a lid that seals like a yeti or other sealable containers and for that reason alone i will not be going back sadly because it truly is a nice place, but thats a deal breaker for me. This pretty much ruined my stay. Gulf was rough and pool area was all we had for most of the stay.

Loved the location!

The area was great! Easy to find and get to. Loved that it was on the water, had a lifeguard and security. Loved the views. The condo we stayed in was dated but worked fine for our family. A suggestion would be to have coffee filters there so you can use the coffee pot. (we left ours for the next guests). Was very handy to have the washer/dryer. A suggestion we'd like to make is that it would be great to have an area on ground floor where guests could put leftover beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys when they leave for new guests to use since we could not take these back on the plane. Overall, we highly recommend this place and will be back again!

Not again

The TV did not have local stations until we finally got them 3+ day into our stay. Verry disappointing. The ceiling in the condo needs painting, the walls have patch work that needs to be painted. The Main bath/shower the sheet rock paper is coming off the wall. For the amount of money that was paid I think the place was 2nd rate and nothing like I have ever stayed in in the area. We have been coming to the area for over 35 years and this was the worst we have stayed at.

Great location

They always say location location, location. This location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, or just down to the pool. Either way was good. The ocean water was a beautiful 83° and the pool water was about 85°. We were also a short walk to a couple different restaurants and the boat launch. When you look at the pictures online of this unit, it does look a little outdated, and it is. Probably time for a remodel, but everything was clean and no smell of anything moldy. I would definitely have no problem staying here again. When we went to use the broom, we noticed that the broom handle is broken, we contacted the property manager, and they replaced a broom within hours, so that was nice that they were very attentive

Good stay

Had a great stay. Location cant be beat. We were a little disappointed that the condo is a little dated and could use an update. Has great swimming pools. Access to kinda semi private beach. The chairs and umbrellas are rental and not for guests. Pier and Windjammers next door and can be walked to. We went out to eat but spent most of the trip around the condo complex. Wrist bands must be work on the pool area and to enter the beach. Will stay again

Great location. Clean an well furnished unit. In the middle of Pensacola Beach and Destin. Only complaint is the patio furniture. It was like sitting on concrete. Even with cushions. We will be back.

Patty at the managing company was awesome, so helpful and informative! I think a new shower curtain in the master bath is needed, the old one is very moldy. Also, at 8:00 my husband took stuff out to the car, when he came back up the code had already been changed, what if we both had gone down and did not take our phones or anything, so no means of communication with office. If check out is 10:00 then code should not change till then, that was not cool!

Smudged dirty fingerprints; dusty/dirty ceilings; cheap leather furniture peeling; food particles on floor; "patched" areas on ceilings that need repair; dusty light fixtures; dirty rugs and carpet in bedrooms; hard mattresses that were very uncomfortable; random hairs on sinks and tubs; read the guest book; TV clarity poor; very over priced for quality of condo.

I have to call for check in in information

I hade to Call for my checking information we did not receive it until after 4 o’clock via an email... “ yes I did check my spam have it before, I don’t believe the agent sent the email” Property is nice and clean, I would recommend changing the master bedroom mattress.
