Navarre Beach Regency #112 - Where 'BS' Stands for Beach & Sandals
Our first-floor location means you can step out of your condo and be on the beautiful white sandy beach almost instantly! This also makes for convenience to all property amenities including the swimming pool, grilling area, and workout room. There is also a private community ramp which leads directly onto the beach - convenient for beach wagons or other beach items.
The spacious 30' X 8' Gulf Front balcony overlooks both the pool and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf and is accessible by both the living room and master bedroom.
Navarre Beach Regency #112 is a West end unit. This feature provides Guests with extra natural lighting. Combined with the 9-foot ceilings Regency 112 provides Guests with a relaxing and comfortable open feel. With over 1,500 square feet of living space, our home comes fully equipped and permits up to 6 people. It features an open concept with lots of seating options in both the living and dining area.
Off the fully stocked kitchen is a large utility room with a large capacity washer and dryer and ironing supplies, along with space to store coolers or other items. Access is also available to the full-size owner’s pantry. Both bedrooms have large closets and dressers for ample storage space as well.
Navarre Beach Regency features a spacious ground level covered loading/unloading zone with luggage carts available for Guest use. This community is located just a short walk from the popular Navarre Beach Fishing Pier - the longest pier extending into the Gulf of Mexico. Navarre now offers visitors a new park with splash pad located just over the bridge and operated seasonally.

Guests can also make instant bookings for this property using the VRBO website. PLEASE NOTE: all instant online bookings are subject to host review and must be compliant with all Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Guests making an instant online booking will receive a copy of the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement via Docusign within 24 Hours of making an online instant booking. Guests must review, execute and return the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement within 48 Hours of being received in order to secure the property and avoid having the property leased to another Guest.
***** Rental Terms and Conditions *****
OCCUPANCY: Regency 112 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children.
AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age.
DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In.
AMENITIES: Guests' use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Management or Security removing and banning Guest from use of the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.
PARKING: Guests must display an authorized parking pass in all cars at all times when present on the grounds of the community. Guest failure to display an authorized parking pass may result in the impounding or towing of a Guest's vehicle at the vehicle owner's expense.
PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violations will result in the immediate termination of rental use of the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violations of the NO PET policy may be subject to additional charges. Repairs, replacements, pet remediation efforts or Fines, if any, issued by the Homeowner's Association will be deemed as billable charges and will be applied to the credit card presented at the time of Check-In. This community carefully monitors for the presence of all pets and animals.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests needing the assistance of a Service Animal must present this need in writing at least 10 days prior to Check-In. All requests for the need of a Service Animal must be presented to legal counsel representing the Homeowner's Association to ensure all legally required certifications and procedures are observed.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances when a Reservation is displaced or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances Guests will be relocated to comparable accommodations. If comparable accommodations are not available the Guest will be entitled to receive a full refund.
SMOKING: Smoking of any substance is expressly Prohibited on the balcony or within any interior areas of this property. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor grilling areas of the community. Any Guest violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest's rental use of the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges may be applied to the credit card presented at the time of Check In for any needed repairs, property replacements or smoke remediation efforts arising from the violation of the No Smoking policy herein stated.

Spacious and stocked—Easy access to Beach
Our family has kids across the ages—and we found this space to be perfect for making memories. The condo was clean with a beautiful kitchen for hosting dinner in. Access to the pool and beach with convenience made the trip extra relaxing.

Best unit in the building? Best unit in the building!
Thane’s place is not only steps from the beach and pool, but also quick drives (or walks) to a variety of restaurants and shopping destinations. The kitchen is fully loaded and the condo has plenty of space (the huge balcony is a BIG plus). Can’t wait to return!

First timers in Navarre...
This condo is exactly as described. The owners have managed to maximize the furniture without the unit feeling crowded and did a great job decorating. All of my 'must have' requirements were met. We will be back in 2025.

Perfect place
The condo was very clean and very comfortable! It had great access to the beach and a nice pool. My only complaint is that the pool area doesn’t have a bathroom, so you had to go up to your room to go. We were on the first floor, so it wasn’t a problem, but I imagine it would be annoying if you were staying on a higher floor.
Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and Nevarre! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Navarre Get Away
What a delight when we checked in on Thursday evening. The condo door access was just as promised, the unit was very clean and smelled great, the view over the pool to the Gulf was dramatic and the beds were welcoming.
We spent 7 nights at the property and could not have been happier.
I have to give a special 'shout out" to THAIN, our property manager, and his team. Every question was answered quickly and completely. They are great folks.
We plan on going back this Fall.

Lovely Long Weekend
We took a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The balcony was a family favorite, but the doors to the balcony were VERY heavy and hard to open. Other than that, it was a wonderful condo. We saw dolphins and a sea turtle swimming in the ocean. I highly recommend walking out on the pier. That is where we spotted them. Great condo!!! Seating was comfortable and plentiful. Towels were fluffy and new. Starter supplies were provided. Everything was clean.

Family golf vacation
Property was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. A water dispenser for hot and cold water was a nice feature. Washer and dryer were well maintained and clean.
The first floor was nice as we could just walk down a flight of stairs and not wait for elevators. But the pool is about 30 feet from the balcony which could be noisy and less privacy when pool is open. The pool was closed during our stay. We would rent this unit next year.

Home away from home
Been going to this condo for 25+ years. Very spacious units, quiet atmosphere, very attentive to renters’ needs. Supplied us with 2 beach chairs at no charge, and loaned us a personal remote control from his unit when ours went missing
