Golden Anniversary Trip

Perfect house for our family beach vacation!

Great location, right across from the beach access ramp. Clean, and well maintained. We loved this house. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 4 kids. The pool was an added bonus. We will definitely look for it again when planning a visit to Navarre Beach.

Clean and good location

House was clean. Rooms were spacious. Location was directly across from beach entrance and beach was clean and not too crowded. We did have to contact the management company because the outdoor shower was not working and they responded quickly and fixed it immediately. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is that a house of this caliber should have a gas grill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd time in 4 years my extended family has stayed at Seas the Day. We will go back again! Home has all the beach stuff in the basement you will need. We cooked every night and the kitchen is stocked with utensils. Remember to bring your herbs and spices from home! I drove to Winn Dixie and Publix on the main land almost every day for items to keep us comfortable. It’s a short drive to the main land except when there is weekend afternoon traffic backing up at the bridge. Highly recommend. Would love to own on Navarre Beach!

Dream vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach home is a dream! We had 14 family members stay in this spacious, beautiful home and we had plenty of room. One of our favorite spots in the house was the front deck. It was the full length of the house and offered amazing views of the gorgeous Gulf. We loved that the beach access was right across the street as the grandkids wanted to go there every day.We had a couple of small issues that were addressed immediately..the customer service was amazing!!!In addition to beach access this house was located not too far from the infamous Navarre Pier and the bridge that took us to an area that was saturated with shops and restaurants. Try Dewey Destin Navarre for the freshest fish and beach ambiance!We hope to stay at this property again and have already given the rental information to other family and friends.LOVE the beach house and the rental company..they are very accommodating and easy to work with. They are the best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had awesome 4 days at this house! Close to the beach and the pool is a wonderful addition. We do wish the queen bedroom and the bunk room got a littler cooler... there are fans in the closets so I feel like there may be an issue with cooling these rooms. The remote controls for the fans/lights were also not great.... One remote would turn off the other rooms, one didn’t have a remote at all, and one didn’t have batteries in it. It would be nice to have an ice machine in a house this large too.... The fridge doesn’t hold enough ice for this many people. Overall we really did love this house though! Those were our only issues. The kitchen is immaculate. The parking is spacious! Plenty of room for all 14 of us. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Would definitely recommend to others!

The Best of Three Locations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in rentals in Pensacola and Destin. Navarre is in the middle and will be our vacation location from here on out. As for the house, I'd say it's perfect for large groups. Spacious and well-appointed. Location = 10/10. Amenities = 10/10. I was worried about accessing the Sound side. It's a short walk, but please tread lightly and obey the nesting signs. The gulf beach access is right across the problem with a quick walk to get a lunch snack and right back on the beach. We are a jet ski group and there was plenty of parking for our three trailers and vehicles. We were concerned about launch and recovery daily, but it was a breeze. We love this place!!Things to consider...(not negative, just prepare)1. This is a 3-story rental. You will do lots and lots of stair climbing. The main floor is the 3rd floor.2. If you have toddlers, bring a stair gate with you and make sure it spans at least 48 inches.

Great time at Seas the Day

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location, right across the street from public access to the beach. Being near the end of the Navarre strip meant fewer crowds. The house is beautiful and the fact that it also has a pool is the cherry on top. During our week, there were purple flags (jellyfish) the entire time at the beach and the one time my son did swim a little he did get stung (tip: hot shower for 20 minutes works it out). Being able to chill at the beach for most of the day but then still actually swim in the pool made it so much easier with the kids.Only two minor things I would call attention to: 1) this is the only house I've ever rented where there is nothing in terms of spices, oils, etc. There is not even salt and pepper, so just be prepared for that. I will add that while they can't guarantee any beach gear that others may have left behind, there was a plentiful amount of floats, chairs, toys, etc for us. 2) There are a lot of stairs (true of all houses in the area) and while they look beautiful they are very smooth, which is not the best choice for a house with a pool and across from the beach. My father had a spill on them and sprained his ankle. I've recommended they add some grip strips to the stairs and hope that they do so. The rental company was super responsive. Check in was easy. We had a minor issue our first night when a sprinkler had gotten off course and was blasting across the satellite dish from 4:30-5:30am, creating quite a noise. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone out to adjust it shortly. They also responded quickly after my father's fall, though unfortunately we could not use the elevator (only for the owners and not working while we were there).Overall we loved our stay - having stayed previously at other places in the area, this is the only place we would want to stay again with a large group. Even with the sprained ankle we had no regrets, other than having to leave. We loved our time at Se

Beautiful Stay

The home and location are BEAUTIFUL. Upon arrived we had some minor issues with the home, but when we messaged the owner he was very quick to respond, friendly and helpful in sending cleaners out, as well as stopping by himself to address our concerns. A few things I wish I had known up front are that several necessities are limited or not guaranteed to be there such as hand soap, toilet paper & paper towels. We also found need for a baby gate as the living area is on the 3rd floor with no way to close off the stairs. We ended up buying a cheap one but it was a hassle to set up and take down constantly and we would definitely wait until our babies are able to manage stairs independently before visiting here again. The bunk room description was slightly misleading as it said that there are full/twin bunk beds, when really they are twin size on the top and bottom. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay and the kind homeowners.

Perfect !

We absolutely loved this place! Super clean, very comfortable. There were beautiful views from every balcony. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond. If you travel with small children , I would pack a baby gate … the stairs became an issue with the 2 year old.

Perfect Beach House!

We have stayed in the Pensacola/Navarre area for many years as a family, and this was our favorite beach house. The location is perfect, and the layout of the home is great for a family. There was plenty of space, and the unobstructed views of the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound were incredible.

Wonderful vacation in a wonderful house

We had the best time. We had 9 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 to 16 years old. We never felt like we were on top of each other in this house. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and a great distance from the beach. We are already booking again for next year! Can’t wait. Thanks so much for making our family vacation so special!

Our best house yet!

This was our third year coming to Navarre Beach and we've tried a different house each year. This house was by far the best that we've had! Location was perfect, as close as we could be without being "on the beach". Directly across from a beach access! House had enough space for our family of 8 adults and 5 children. Everyone had their own room. Having an elevator made arriving and leaving that much easier also. Views were spectacular on the large front porch(es)especially. And I absolutely love whales so the decor was delightful! 😊

Fabulous time

Beautiful home and perfect accommodations for our group. Parents and teens enjoyed the ease of access to both the beach and sound. The only thing that would be be beneficial for a home that sleeps this large of a group would be a second refrigerator/freezer or an ice maker. Other than that, it was fabulous!
