When we arrived, the front door was completely unlocked and works not set until after several attempts. Maintenance had to come the second day to fix it. The building is made out of paper and toothpicks. The third morning, a Saturday, A unit upstairs began a major remodeling campaign before 9 am. This is mid-March, not exactly the off season. The water pressure in the kitchen was very low. There were unpainted patches and unpatched damages on several walls. Some wall patches were made from tape, then painted over. There was evidence of a dog with the previous guest--a kibble was left on the kitchen floor directly in front of the fridge and the balcony chair cushions were destroyed. A part of the flooring in the front bedroom wasn't completed. The outlet cover in the same room was missing. On the second evening, the internet went out and stayed out through late the next morning. There were no co coffee supplies at all, which isn't required, but usually something is provided. There's a public beach parking right beside building, so you're sharing the beach with everyone else instead of it being marked off for the owners/tenants if the building.
