The condo was as the pictures showed. Any maintenance issues were quickly handled. The condo was great, very convenient, and we'd love to stay again.

The condo was very clean, this was not our experience two years ago so we were very happy for the improvement!! Being on the first floor was awesome with little kids because of easy access to the beach! When we are in Florida without kids we would rather be on an upper floor for the view, but this is perfect for us when we bring the grands! The condo is nice, weird quirky light switches, but at least they are all labeled so you can figure out what goes to what! Kitchen is well equipped. Wish there were walk-in showers in at least the ensuite baths. Overall, this is a great place and we will be back!

I've stayed in multiple condos at Navarre Towers - it's always our go to spot! This was our first stay in this condo in particular. We loved being able to walk straight from the porch to the walk-over! Our primary complaint was the cleanliness. Lots of dust everywhere, specifically on the fans in the bedrooms. The microwave looked liked something exploded in it and was just left. Most of the dishes we used had traces of leftover food on them as well. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo and clean. we had plenty of room for our 7 family members. Loved the view from the main floor, easy access to the beach. (Husband was 2 months post back surgery)Disappointed that we had to ask for sheet set up for the sleeper sofa. The blinds in the two masters and the blinds in the living room were visibly messed up at the top. The dining room sliding door was too hard to open. We texted to see if we needed to take a picture and no one responded. Disappointed that we were not given a courtesy notice that there was surface work being done the last two days of our stay. Very loud all day when we would come in for lunch and mid day rest. When we texted to find out what was going on, again no one ever responded?But over all we enjoyed the condo.

On my drive to Navarre Beach I was notified 2 times that I had not emailed my drivers license and had not signed the rental agreement. I emailed my license on 6/21/2025 and asked if my signed rental agreement was not received to please notify me. VRBO did not responded to this email. So I had to do both things again in my car. This is a good condo for families, with large spaces, 2 porches and 3 bath/bedrooms. The kitchen appliances were good, especially the refrigerator with ice maker. The condo had dish towels but needed dish rags for swiping down counters and tables. Only a small sponge was available. The kitchen is stocked with many large stoneware plates, bowls and coffee mugs, however these are not child friendly. The washer and dryer both had setting issues because the dials are loose and a bit hard to keep them in place. There were plenty of towels and washclothes provided. The condo has beautiful white shear window coverings but are very difficult to push back/open for a view because they pull off the brackets. There are 3 sliding doors to exit outside the condo; one of the doors was impossible to open and the other 2 were hard to push open. Our TV and Wi-Fi connections were good. The outdoor porch furniture (off the west side of the condo) is metal and has some sharp loose breakdown which was a safety issue. The tub/showers are old and stained but the water pressure throughout the condo is good. Air-conditioning was also very good.

This condo was perfect for us. It was just a few steps to the crossover to the beach and a very short walk to the water. The fencing allowed us to let our 4 yr old and 2 yr old granddaughters play while we had coffee on the ground level balcony. The split bedroom design allowed for privacy for our son and daughter-in-law. We added my 86 yr old father-in-law to the trip at the last minute and we still had plenty of room thanks to the spacious design and the sofa bed.

Great location

Location is amazing. Property was decent, clean, needs maintenance on blinds. Living room really needs a 2nd couch. Internet was really bad. Manager did not respond to any questions. Family really enjoyed the property. Would easily be a 5 star with minor adjustment and a property manager who is responsive

Family trip

Nice condo, however, for 3 bedroom living sitting very sparse. As another mentioned pic shows 2 couches when in reality just 1 couch and 2 simple chairs. Also contacted management regarding emergency alarm not working in condo. After someone coming to fix it there was actually 2 other evacuations in building that we again were unaware of until after the fact as alarm still was not working.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was by far the best stocked in any rental we have ever stayed in. The only con I can say about the condo is that it did not have 2 loveseat/couches as in the pictures. It just had 1 couch and 2 chairs which wasn’t ideal for my family. It definitely wasn’t a deal breaker because we all would love to book this place again in the future!

Anniversary trip

The property management staff were amazing and left us a card and champagne for our 24th/6th anniversary. We anniversary is February 29. The property was exactly as listed, with a few upgrades. Everything was great. We had a few issues that were addressed with the property manager. Over all a great location.

The condo is a few convenient steps to the beach. Having 2 bedroom suites and porches was very nice. Plenty of glasses, plates, pans, etc to choose from.

Great location and met our needs!

Loved the location. If you're looking for something close to the beach it doesn't get much closer than this. It does face the main walk way to the beach so if you're looking for privacy I wouldn't recommend. But if you're looking for convenience and quick beach access this is perfection - especially important if you're traveling with young children! Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet beach but close to all the things you need with a short drive!

Condo was perfect size for our family. No complaints..all appliances listed worked well. No long walks/drives to the beach. Just a step off of the patio and the beach and pool was there. Definitely recommend Navarre Towers!

Absolutely fantastic!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very spacious and clean. I usually dont write reviews, but if you are thinking of staying here, do yourself a favor and book now. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay as long as we wanted. Thats it, thank me later!!

Awesome experience

The property was as advertised. The entire interior was newly updated and the location was extremely convenient. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a tremendous plus. The check in process was effortless. Communication with the property manager was a breeze. We will definitely be back.
