Perfect vacation home! Extremely clean everywhere and excellent communication with the host- before and during our stay. The pictures and information on VRBO are very thorough and accurate, but we were also impressed by the well-stocked kitchen. We loved the location- it was quiet and private, and all windows had a great view. Thanks for a great trip!

We had a great stay at Sea Gem. The host was great about responding quickly to my inquiries before and after booking, as well as during our stay. The layout of the house was great and roomy enough for our family, including 8 kids ages 3-10 and 8 adults. It was nice to be able to spill out onto the large front deck which has a great view that can be seen from the main living area and the master bedroom. The kitchen had all we needed to do some cooking and food prep for our group. We loved the large pool, the sand area by it, and took advantage of the eating area and hot tub by the pool. There's about a 5 minute walk to the gulf, maybe quicker without kids. We also found a trail to the bay less than a mile up the road the house is on and less than a mile down the trail - has a nice beach area, calm water, and there were people fishing there. All the living space is on the 2nd level, which worked fine for us. We went in October and the weather was perfect, which is always helpful. It was a great experience for the 3 generations of our family!

The kitchen had all sorts of gadgets and was well stocked with cooking supplies. The beach was a quick walk away, or we drove our car a block and unloaded tents, chairs and coolers for ease. The owners were very easy to talk to and work with. I will note the the bathroom situation is interesting as aside from the master, all the other bathrooms are in the hall, no en-suites. The bunks are in the hallway, so not much privacy for those four. The hang out spaces are large and plenty of room. No basics were supplied (paper towels, soaps, etc) which was not a problem, just be prepared. A quick trip over the bridge allowed us to get any and all items we forgot. We enjoyed Navarre and would definitely go back.

This home is wonderful and spacious, and Carin was amazing with her communication prior to and during our stay, ensuring that me that I was not bothering her even though I felt I was. She even went out of her way to provide an extra Pac and Play and some other items for our grandchildren. The pool area was fantastic with the entertainment areas, bar and hot tub. I highly recommend this home for family beach getaways. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home!!!

Second stay!

It was our second stay here and we hope to return again! The large house and amenities are perfect for a summer vacation with children. With a short walk to the beach, we were able to go every single day. Carin is very helpful and responds very quickly! Definitely recommend!

Milestone Birthday Family Celebration

Wonderful well thought out designed home perfect for our family - 4 couples and 5 kiddos aged 14 to 5 months. We had privacy if needed but oh so much space for fun together. The family area was just right for games, balloons, and relaxing with a movie after a day at the beautiful beach. The downstairs pool area and bath were so much fun with every comfort. We had the best time ever. Cannot recommend enough!

Great Family Vacation Property

Fun Home with some Quirks

We enjoyed our stay in this fun and accommodating home! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen offered everything we needed to cook and eat in, the backyard was a lot of fun, and the short walk to the beach was great! Unfortunately, the thermostat was locked at 72 degrees (which was too hot on the warmer days), some of the bedroom overhead lights didn't work, and ceiling fans were on full blast or not at all. One of our guests cut their foot open on a broken beer bottle by the outdoor bar, that was not from our group. We also paid the additional pool-heating fee, which maxed out at 82 degrees. As pool owners at home, this was unfortunate as our pool-heating fees do not exceed the comfort of swimming in a comfortable temperature, especially for our younger family members. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful Home

This home looked just like the pictures. It's very spacious and has plenty of room for guests. We spent our mornings on the deck watching the sunrise. The back patio with the bar area was a hit with all our friends. Hot tub worked perfectly, and the pool was perfect for cooling off. TV's everywhere to watch the game and never miss a moment. It was a short walk to the beach and was very convenient. Some time I would love to bring my kids to stay. The bunk area in the hall is really cute.

Perfect for our group

We are a bunch of over the hill guys who have had a fantasy football league going for 30 years. It has now turned into a destination draft and this year it was Navarre. Spontaneous Florida Trip!

My husband and I both had a week of vacation so we booked a trip to Navarre Beach. This was a beautiful home that accommodated us and our 5 children! Great views of the gulf and sound, a fun backyard area with a bar, lounge area, mini-beach, and pool! Kids loved the bunks and we watched several movies in the living area!

Great stay at Navarre Beach!

This was a great place for a family vacation, lots of beds, loved the decks & pool for when gulf was rough. For some reason, looking at the pictures, we thought the master suite was on lower level, but all beds & master suite are on second level, the pool & tiki bar are below. Host was very responsive and handled the few problems we had quickly. Some of the information provided about the area in general and rules of the house was outdated or had changed, so hopefully that can be updated. We definitely enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home. Thank you!

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. The only discrepancy I found was the house only had 2 sets of bunk beds and the Internet showed it had 4 sets. It really didn’t matter to us because we only had 4 kids.

Perfect place for large or extended family!

The house is absolutely amazing! It’s like being at your own private resort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook and they even supplied a starter pack of essentials like paper towels, detergent, trash bags, and toilet paper. The walk to the beach is super short and easy. We will definitely be back.
