Perfect getaway for family of 8

This condo was the absolute most perfect location for our family beach trip! No stairs to climb, right next to the pool and only a few steps to the beach! We will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the stay.

Everything was great. The only snafu was the code to check in was wrong but it was corrected within 10 min of contact with the rental property.The sliding glass doors to the main patio were like bumper cars. And that was the only issue and I would not say it was an issue. The location to the beach and pool could not have better. Navarre is a lovely beach town.

I waited to leave a review. I sent a letter to the rental company. Their response is what I expected-they handled the matter. The owners of the condo and condo association need to know what is in their unit and how their rental company handles things. The condo had roaches. The rental company blew it off to "its off season" and "we are in FL". They offered us another condo which we found dead roach. The rental companies response was "the treatments are working". We stayed in this condo because we were exhausted from driving 15 hrs and the trip was planned last minute to visit with our ill uncle. Had I had more time to find another place to stay I would have done that. The rental company said they offered our money back however that was never offered. Only another place to stay. The roaches were throughout the entire condo. Roaches are unacceptable and disgusting! The condo association and the condo owner need to know there is an issue. The rental company did not handle the issue well. In addition, there was a huge hole in the wall of the bathroom. The rental company said the condo association should have closed the hole up. The rental company rented to unit to us knowing the issues. Horrible experience for sure!

Amazing

We had an amazing time and cant recommend this condo enough. It is in the heart of Navarre Beach and the complex is quiet. The condo itself is prime location, walk out of the patio and your right there on the walkway to the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everhthing we needed. Would definitely rent again!

Good place to stay

For a quiet beach vacation with family, this was a good place to stay. Navarre doesn't have a lot of fancy restaurants that my husband and I like to go to, but there are several very family friendly places near by that were good. Navarre Towers is not close to a. lot of other high rises which makes their beach area less crowded, we loved that. The condo itself was very convenient on the first floor with easy access to the beach. Inside was not the cleanest I have stayed in and was pretty dated with I would say are 1980's finishes. It could use an update. The kitchen was well stocked although we did find some dishes that weren't very clean. Overall, it was a great place to stay especially with small children. Note: one main bed/bath room has a very big, very deep tub/shower combo that I think elderly people or anyone with mobility issues would have a very hard time getting in and out of. There was not a walk in shower situation in any of the three bedrooms. All were tub/shower combos that were pretty deep.

We stayed in two condos in Navarre Towers. Not only was this the worse of the two, all of the rules were ridiculous. There were many items broken or not updated. Just for example the couch has buttons on it. Many were loose and some missing. When you have three little kids you don’t want to worry about them swallowing one. The tile was broken and simply covered with a rug. The decor is very outdated. The beds were not comfortable. The craziest rule was that after 3 minutes of any door being left open, the owners would be texted. The weather was cooler and we wanted the doors open. Do not recommend.

Leavell Vacation

Water was great. Location was great. Had a problem with a water leak. Had to turn water on and off to the condo when we used it. water would puddle up in the floor. used towels to mop it up constantly. I think we deserve a partial refund on our stay.

Big fun family get away

This condo was perfect for our big family beach trip- 4 adults and 3 kids. The three bedroom/bathroom arrangement is perfect, providing enough space and privacy for all. The ground floor is great- I was hesitant that I would miss the ocean view, but we could still easily see over the dunes. Not having to negotiate stairs and elevators was a huge bonus. This unit is right by the pool and has 2 porches with panoramic views from the 2 master bedrooms. Also, the building is next to a public beach access, so the beach is less crowded than some other areas. The management company was extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had about the booking. We will definitely try to book this room again for future family trips.

The great floor

First floor is the way to go. Easy to get to the pool and to the boardwalk to the ocean. Will definitely stay again. Only trouble we had was getting the tvs to connect with the cable. Wires to box and tv was al messed up but the itrip tram figured it out.

Perfect spot

The condo is in the best location! The beach is clean and quiet. The pool is directly beside and the walkway to the beach is as well. The kitchen has all you need but some spices. The laundry room is clean, bathrooms are clean, rooms are large and very spacious. The condo was clean and quiet. Absolutely loved it and will definitely go back!

Property nice however furniture needs updating. Left early due to poor mattress quality in master. Husbands back is a wreck after trying to sleep in it.

Perfect location for family!

Our family of 6 had a great time in this condo! The first floor was perfect for the younger kids to go outside and awesome beach access. I was nervous that the view would not be as good being on the 1st floor, but it was actually stunning. Beach views from both patios and almost all of the windows. We had some cleaning and maintenance issues when we first arrived, but Itrip was quick to rectify the problems and were easily accessible the rest of the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear, washer and dryer are newer and very nice and the jetted tub was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
