This is a very nice condo, exactly as advertised. The Sundunes bldg is our favorite in Navarre. Can't beat the location and the condo is great! We would love to rent again, but mgt company was less than ideal.After checking our CC account 3 weeks before trip, we realized we had been TRIPLE charged for 2nd payment. No one let us know of their billing error! I called them immediately & was asked to send a screenshot of our CC statement & was told Acctg would get back to them. Acctg then admitted their error & thankfully refunded us back the 2 charges within a week's time. No one ever apologized for this error! How would they not have known!2 hours before 4:00 check-in, mgt company texts us to provide our ages, copies of our drivers license & registration of car or they wouldn't provide lock key code. I asked why are they just now asking for this. The person said the other agent dropped the ball. Clearly there are issues with this mgt company, at least in our experience. As far as the condo goes, the only issue we had was the ice maker did not work. On day 2-3, I did text someone about it, they sent a repairman over who couldn’t determine the problem & said they would have to get someone else out & could not provide timeframe to expect them, so I said never mind. They did bring us bags of ice, after we had bought our own. With this being said, our friends had rented this same condo a year ago and the ice maker didn't work then either. I'd say buy a bag of ice prior.
