  • Free Beach Service!! (March - October / 2 chairs and 1 umbrella)

    This condo has an ideal 8th floor location, with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The bright and comfortable living area is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach and the remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances is perfect for making those family dinners or a quick breakfast before heading to the pool. The bedding comfortably accommodates six people with a king bed in the master and two queen beds in guest room. In the master and living room you will find two brand new 42' LCD Flat screen TV's, as well as a blueray player, two DVD players, movies, books and games. The entire condo has been updated to the utmost standards, without losing the comforts of the beach and waves rolling in right outside your door.

    The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Couldn’t have been an easier check-in and out. Location is perfect and very easily accessible close to the elevator. Beautiful quiet beach and loved the chairs and umbrella included. Will come back again!

The door stop needs to be fixed so the front door stays open when carrying things in and the door stop protector that’s screwed into the baseboard was falling out on the floor and I re-screwed it in because it was a sharp object. The back sliding glass door to the balcony also wouldn’t lock for us to keep the kid out. Everything was still very nice.

Wonderful Property

This condo at The Pearl was perfect for our first visit to Navarre Beach. It was just what our family needed with super close beach access. We felt comfortable and were able to relax in the condo and at the beach. We enjoyed eating at Andy D's and visiting the pier too!

Here is why this place was perfect for us.Location is amazing, beach front and walking distance from pier, restaurants, gift shop, bike rental.Views, day and night were just wow. house was spotlessFamily area couch was so comfy and perfect for us.
