It is close enough to the beach that it is convenient for two adults to take two small children and beach supplies there without much trouble. It was smaller than I anticipated, but we made it work. It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. The a/c quit the first day we were there. However, fortunately, it wasn't overly hot outside that day, and the repair was completed within a few hours. They were timely and responsive to that.

Perfect location to walk to the beach or local restaurants. The decor was perfect and the place very clean. The pullout sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the top bunk railing wasn’t sturdy enough to pull out. Maybe a pull up handle on the wall could be installed. Personally I would replace both bathroom toilet storage.

Great vacation!

The condo looks better in reality than in the pictures. For our family of four it was absolutely comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great - just cross the street and you're on the beach. We will definitely be back again!

I thought I was paying for a condo with a water view. Got a condo in the middle of other condos. Building views out every window instead. Owner says I must have seen his other rental that has the view but is under going repairs and not available. Why was it advertising if not available? We feel duped and will avoid places like this in the future. Brett Robinson it is for us. I thought I'd give my money to an individual instead of big corporation, but lesson learned.

Condo was beautiful, and location to the beach was within walking distance just as stated.

Entire experience was great. Would recommend that you supply more trash bags, there were only 2 and more toilet paper and paper towels. Also, screen on balcony sliding door was ripped by the last tenant and needs to be replaced. Sofa bed was convenient but uncomfortable.

Great family vacation spot

Ken, the property manager was so responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout our trip. We really appreciated the proximity to the beach as well as the extra items like wagon and beach chairs for our use. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable for our whole family! This beats staying in a hotel any time!!!

Our Vacation

We love Navarre Beach but when we got to our condo it was across the street from the beach and had stairs to our second floor. The pics were deceiving to us because it shows a boardwalk to beach so we assumed it was the back of the condos. The pool area was down and a little out as well. The dishes were in the dishwasher when we got there. Other than that the area was amazing. I wouldn’t recommend for people that wanna relax it was a lot of walking especially if you have kids, a tent, and other beach things.

COnvenient and relaxing

First time in Navarre. walk out of the drive of the unit and the public beach access is right across the road. Most could easily walk but I had my elderly mother and we drove over for her. The beach chairs were set up and you just claim them and they come later to pick up your money or you can pay ahead online. Manager was nice and prompt in answering questions. Locals are friendly and it is a super family friendly place to stay.
