Our stay was amazing. The condo was top tier and beautifully decorated. Beds were GREAT, extremely clean. The hosts, Cory & Brittany were so kind and responsive. Highly recommend. We have found our favorite spot after 9 years. Wonderful

Cory and Brittany were fantastic hosts, who paid attention to every detail. Everything was thoughtfully planned and exactly as described. The views were amazing, the hot pools were a great bonus, and the condo was spotless and beautifully high-end. We’ll definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful Stay in Early May

We have stayed at Navarre Beach several times. We love it. This was our first time to stay at Sabbia Bianca. It was everything we wanted. It was clean, very comfortable, spacious and well stocked with all the supplies needed for an enjoyable week at the beach. The bed in the MB was very comfortable. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and relaxing for a morning cup of coffee. The hosts are great and responded quickly to our questions. Great communication. Their restaurant recommendation at Ali’s Bistro was a good choice for us. We loved the food and atmosphere. We would most certainly stay at this condo again and recommend it to others.

Spring Break 2025

This was our 1st time to Navarre Beach. The location and condo far exceeded our expectations. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and want. From the amazing kitchen, very comfortable beds, to all the games and toys for our two young boys. We felt so at home the whole trip. The owners closet was a great addition too, having everything we needed for the beach. Great communication with the owners made check in and out a breeze. A Navarre Gem

If this unit is available, grab it! It is a beautifully decorated, well stocked, spacious, comfortable unit with unbeatable views and great hosts. They have thought of everything. If I could give it more stars I would. Perfect for a family getaway by the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Clean Space, Helpful Hosts

This condo was clean with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of dishes pots and pans. We cooked a few meals and did lack for anything. The hosts were helpful, responsive and friendly. They even had a Christmas tree up.The views were great. We enjoyed the beach, pool and the hot tub.It was a perfect couple of days of family time after a hectic holiday season.

Wonderful!

This was a perfect stop for the night on our way home to Texas from Orlando… we were just disappointed we didn’t have more time! We’ll be back in the future! Everything was beautiful and clean. Great location on the beach with beautiful views. Everything needed inside the rental and conveniently located to elevators and trash chute. Cozy and accommodating, they’ve thought of everything! Great communication with the renters!

Labor day relaxation

This property was incredible -- even better than the pics. 3 large bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms is hard to find on the beach, and this one has everything you need. The best part was how easy the host was to communicate with. We didn't need much, but they responded to any questions within minutes and seemed genuinely committed to us having a relaxing stay. The beach was perfect. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us on the private beach every day (included). Everything you need --- tons of towels, beach equipment, extra chairs --- all included. You really don't need to bring anything but your clothes. We will def be back!

Loved the views, set up and decor of the condo. So many nice extra touches/amenities made it so comfortable & relaxing. I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 for cleanliness because the couches and pillows were in need of a cleaning.

Perfect in every way!

This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed! The unit was beautifully updated and modern. It was the most well stocked condo we have ever rented! The owners were amazing and very responsive with any questions we had. If you have teenagers it is the perfect condo! There is so much space and the layout allows both togetherness and privacy. Navarre has been our favorite Florida destination and now we have found our favorite condo too!

Absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful condo. We stayed June 30, 2004 through July 6, 2004. We stayed at many condos in Navarre and I will have to say this was our most favorite with breathtaking views of. Once we arrived, everything was very clean and in order and even got to check in early. We watched the fireworks being shot off from the Navarre pier from the balcony, which was breathtaking from the 12th floor we were eye level and amazed. Any contact that was made with the owners was an immediate response for any questions. I can’t express the beauty of this condo with the floor to ceiling windows of the Gulf view. We will definitely be booking this condo on our return trips to Navarre. Thank you, Cory and Brittany for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Everything you need is in this condo. We had a small issue and I sent an email and was answered by an email and then followed up with a phone call. Loved that it came with two chairs and umbrella on the beach.

Chattanooga/Navarrre

This was a repeat visit to Navarre, but the first time in Caribbean Resort’s 1201. The condo was fabulous! I’ve stayed in a lot of places far and wide, and this, by far is the cleanest, most comfortable, well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. The owners truly thought of everything; from the cabinet full of beach towels, to the beach locker downstairs on the 1st floor, to each drawer, closet and light switch/fixtures being labeled! If I could rate this unit with 10 stars, I would! Thank you for such a wonderful, relaxing, stress-free experience! We will be back for sure!
