Navarre condo

Clean property. Table on balcony was not there at beginning but someone brought one later in the week. Kitchen had good dishes but could use a few more pots and pans for those of us that eat in a lot. Will consider staying again as we have family that live there.

Loved location and condo was efficient and beautiful. One issue was the floors. Even after we swept them, our feet would be black as clay after walking on floors. Perhaps housekeeping is not mopping them with good cleaner.

Basic for Beach Colony

Navarre Beach Rentals information did not match Beach Colonies staff information. NBR should educate themselves more on HOA policies. Cooking supplies were damaged and not adequate. Cabinets were bare. Views great, appliances worked. Master Bed was uncomfortable. Stayed in several Beach Colony condos and this one ranks near the bottom. Come prepared to spend a lot of money on things normally provided if you stay at this condo.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Easy beach access, nice pool. The condo is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Condo was not clean. Food in the fridge, hair and dirt in the bathrooms. Could not get any of the televisions to play anything.

Nice Place

Overall it was a nice place but for the price it should be a little nicer. We stayed the week of July 4th so it was a little busy and made it more expensive. One of the elevators was out about half the time we were there. The condo clean and nice, the beds were just average, the kitchen was probably the most under supplied condo I've stayed in so if you like to cook while you are there bring your own measuring cups and mixing bowls or stay at another condo. The management company never sent us the code to the front door so finally at 4pm check in day I had to call them to get it. If the price comes way down I would stay in this one again.

Beautiful house and Great location.

This property is located right on the beach. The host is kind and easy to communicate with. The house is very nice and has very good insulation. When the door opens you can hear the sound of rolling waves and wind, but when the door closes it provides great blocking of the noise from outside. They also provide all cooking appliances including toaster, blender, waffle maker, ice cream scoop, can opener, ect. They also provide initial paper towels, toilet tissues, laundry detergent and 2 bags of ice. They have combination key lock, which allowed for easy access from all the family members without needing a key. Remember to lock the door from inside every time you get out of the house, or else the door is unlocked and you can open it from outside. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are included. The sea floor has a little bit high slope and stepping, then the waves are so strong. We cannot go far more than our hip, especially when you have kids, standing at knee level water but waves can slap on your face and made you fall down. Overall, if you are kind of person who like to seat on beach chairs to relax and hearing the ocean waving sound, or lay down on the beach for tanning nor play with sand, this beach, this property are perfect for you.

Horrible communication, NO A/C!

I have been coming to Navarre for 13 years and I can easily say this was the worst stay I’ve ever had. For starters, the unit is MUCH smaller than the photos make it look. The floors were dirty and the beds - oh my God, the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. For the first three days, the A/C unit didn’t work in the condo listed. The repairman come out and said he couldn’t get the part in until the following Monday and the property manager didn’t have anywhere to put my family for three days. Three days in Florida with no A/C at 80% humidity. With three kids on break. And a first responder husband who took his first vacation in 18 months to spend time with his family. We were then moved to another condo, in another building, and not only was it small as well, but the refrigerator didn’t work! The property manager had to be forced into AT LEAST giving me half off of the three days with no A/C, even though I feel like half off of my trip was warranted. I can’t stress enough how horribly this trip went for us during and after — imagine having to chase a property manager for a week to make a situation right !And my poor husband … how awful to treat a first responder that way. Will NOT be returning!

Nice property - needs some updates

This condo is a very nice condo but could use some updating and a few extra amenities such as towels, wash cloths, linens/blanket/pillows for the pull out sofa. The dryer needs to be replaced as it took at least twice to dry small loads. We could not get the air conditioner to go under 73 and that was keeping the blinds shut, which I hate doing. The view and balcony is amazing!!!! Breathtaking!! With the amount you pay for this condo, it would be nice to include a chair and umbrella set up and maybe a cooler of some sort to take to the beach. Linda was very easy to communicate with. Anyway, these things mentioned would not stop me from staying there again.

Beautiful and spacious

Beautiful, clean and plenty of room with a view. Only suggestions but not a complaint at all is Couldn’t locate extra blankets or sheets. Very few kitchen utensils, like frying pan, baking sheet and large pots Overall experience was fantastic!

Amazing time

This was my family's 2nd trip to Navarre and our 2nd time staying at Beach Colony Resort. Our Condo was very clean and the views from the balcony are amazing. We also loved the fact that there is 3 full bathrooms, it makes it very convenient for everyone to get ready for dinner in a timely matter. Linda was very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Navarre Beach Colony 14C

The location and balcony overlooking the Gulf were exquisite. Condo has been very neglected, however, and needs much attention. Curtains did not work; sliding door busted; hair in showers upon arrival; floors turned feet black; condo bldg mislabeled as 8515 East when confirmation said 8501 East. Spent 30 minutes trying to find it to check in. No one around to assist. Very poor preparation communication before arrival. TV movies’ access was minimal. If it were not for the location and balcony, this condo was not worth the rental price.

Fabulous Condo.

We loved the condo and the property manager was very helpful. We loved our vacation, our only complaint was the the clothes dryer didn't seem to dry the clothes too well and the washer had many rusted sections. However, everything else was wonderful!
