Family getaway 2024

Wow! Just wow!!! What a great property! The main floor was extra large with open concept and full ocean front views. The outdoor porch was well stocked with cushioned furniture. Beds were comfortable and the 2 suites fantastic!! Bunk room was perfect for the kids. It was super nice to have a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach . We would highly recommend this property! 5 star!!

Paradise

The location is great, situated a couple of miles from the pier in a quiet area. It was easy to find and having use of the garage was a huge plus. With a door out the back leading right to the deck and pathway to the beach, we never had to bring anything sandy into the house. There's also a rinse shower & hose out back. Very convenient and well thought out. The stretch of beach was absolutely perfect! Right out the back door and onto the walkway, we went from house to sand in a minute. It's a less crowded area, which was great for our family and friends group with younger children. The garage has beach toys and accessories, which we took full advantage of (another great touch). At night, the kids chased ghost crabs and the adults enjoyed one of the most memorable night skies we've seen. It was paradise! The house itself was perfect as well! From the moment we went up the stairs, we were wowed. Very clean, all appliances were in perfect working order, and the house is big and open. The pictures don't quite do it justice! Phenomenal master bedroom with a private balcony upstairs. It was great that the house has two master bedrooms as we traveled with another family. The kids loved the bunk bed room with the TV. Communication was excellent and the check in/check out processes was simple and straight forward. We had a great time and would gladly return!

Great place for a family vacation

The townhouse was beautiful furnished and equipped with everything you needed for a great vacation. We enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories with our adult children and grandchildren. Can’t wait to come back again next year!

Wonderful accommodations!

We loved all things about this property. The unit had many details that made it very user friendly. Laminated directions on how to use the tvs, very well stocked kitchen with labeled drawers/cabinets, and lots of pantry space. The patio furniture was so comfortable and we were always able to find shade on at least one of the balconies at all times of the day. The easy, well built walkway to the beach worked perfectly and was a must for us since traveling with grandparents and small children. We loved the layout with high ceilings which definitely makes the unit feel larger than most other town homes. The owners were incredibly responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Our kids appreciated all the extra sand toys and high quality umbrellas available to use. We loved that a pack n play was provided and could easily fit in the master closet for our 2 yr old. It was a fun treat to enjoy the soaking tub and watch TV. We definitely used the entire walk in laundry room with utility sink and oversized washer and dryer. Overall, our accommodations were awesome and we will likely rebook this unit again!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

My fiancé and mother enjoyed every second of our time at A Shore Thing. The location, the amenities, and the incredible views could not have been better. On our tenth anniversary, my fiancé and I were married a few miles away in Pensacola Beach. The townhome (A Shore Thing) was the PERFECT place for us. Can’t wait to come back!

The perfect vacation!

We were so impressed with Navarre Beach and the condo was perfect for our family. Lots of room and the views were breath taking. Beach was relatively quiet, which was just what we were hoping for. Julie answered our questions quickly when we inquired and everything from booking to check-in was a breeze. We definitely want to come back!

Amazing property on a wonderful beach!

Spring break was our first experience in Navarre beach and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the laid back feel of Navarre compared to the tourist attractions of Destin. The house was excellent and very nice! Great view and access to the beach. The pictures shown are an accurate representation of the property. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you need. We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful beachfront rental

Loved "A Shore Thing"

Our family loved "A Shore Thing" townhouse in Navarre Beach, Florida. Julie & Mike's home was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and so many amenities. We all loved being so close to the less crowded beach - our two oldest grand kids could come back and forth to the beach if they needed anything. Loved being able to see the ocean in the kitchen/living room area. Julie was great to work with! We have always stayed in a condo in Destin condo but the family all agreed they love Navarre Beach much better so we will definitely come back and plan to stay again at "A Shore Thing"! We had the best family vacation!!!

Absolute Paradise

We have stayed here for the last 2 years and have already made plans to come back!!! The house is clean and very well maintained, the beach is beautiful and away from the crowds, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are in garage, everything you could ask for and more!!! A big plus is Julie is wonderful to work with!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
