The room was fine. The management company was as the absolute WORST. No parking passes were available, even tho we were told we needed them (management company didn’t respond). Smoke detector chirped (management company didn’t respond), so we had to go get a battery and replace, just to sleep. We weren’t given a code to access the pool/beach (management company didn’t respond. Management company then messaged us about a late checkout, we replied that we would like that, then they DECLINED the late checkout offer. Then the electronic door beeped all night and we had to cover in towels to sleep. This isn’t on the unit or owner, but I’d NEVER book another experience with Avari!
