This was our second stay and the renovations to the condo are beautiful. The views are some of the best on Navarre Beach. We love having our beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us every day! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was outstanding and she was avaliable if we needed anything or had questions. We will definitely be back again!

EXCEPTIONAL! Floor to celing windows with unobstructed views of the Gulf and bay are breathtaking. Condo is extremely clean, amazingly furnished and has tons of extras! Heated pools and hot tubs....actually heated and very clean. Host thought of everything and even provides extra perks like pool towels, detergent, games, hand soap and more! Plus all cupboards and accessories are labeled. This condo was freshly rennovated from head to toe and nothing was missed and is super clean! Rare find! We will be back!

We cannot say enough nice things about the host! The direct communication and being upfront about things before our arrival was phenomenal. We are not peak season travelers and we were sliding from peak right into holiday season, Thanksgiving for us. They had not made their after peak season trip to regroup. The place was immaculate and organized. I loved that everything had its place and said place was labeled. The breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf and Sound from every angle of the condo was mesmerizing.

This place is GORGEOUS! This is our 2nd time to stay here and we will be back! It has everything you need from a very well stocked kitchen to the comfy beds . Beach towels are provided and one beach set up ( 2 chairs and an umbrella) is also provided from the beach service company. You can rent more if you need them. Floor to ceiling windows everywhere! Great corner balcony with amazing views of the ocean and to the side you have views of the bay too! Very clean. I travel a lot and this is one of my very favorite places! Waking up in the morning to these views will definitely bring a smile to your face! You will not find another place like it! The beach has lots of room for lounging by the water, playing in the white, soft, sand, for flying kites or for whatever you love to do! Book it now! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful well equipped condo.

The beautifully renovated condo was clean and equipped with plenty of utensils, cooking supplies, blender, toaster everything you need. The pool was nice and the beach is beautiful. We watched the Fourth of July fire works from the beach. Lacey was a great hostess and responded promptly to questions.

We stayed here in October and it was our first time staying in Navarre! Could not have asked for better. Location was excellent and it was so nice to have such a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back and hope to be able to stay in this same unit!

O M G Perfect vacation spot

We were smitten by the photos. We booked and awaited out vacation. Let me tell you that THIS PLACE DOES NOT DISSAPOINT!! Incredible views. Wonderful and clean accommodations. The owners have taken care of all the little things that you might need. Come prepared to enjoy your time. CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK!!!

You Will NOT Find a Better Place. LOOK NO FURTHER.

I have stayed in rentals all over the world and this place is definitely one of the best. What I look for at the beach.... 1. Easy access to the water/beach and 2. the view. You can not beat this place for either. The 9 foot floor to ceiling windows are just spectacular. We checked in at night and in the morning it was total WOW. The communication with Ms. Belz was excellent. The place was super clean. The three king size beds were very comfortable. My husband likes to cook and the kitchen was well stocked for that. She even has little kids plates, cups and utensils. She also provided beach towels which was amazing. She had liquid for the washing machine and also had dishwashing liquid and pods for the dishwasher. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom and each bedroom has a flat screen tv. The balcony is large and has a view straight on to the water and an unobstructed view to the west and even to the north where you can see the bay. The other king bedroom has its own balcony too with a great view of the bay. She also provides one week of free beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach chair company was so pleasant to deal with too. My family and I will return without question. Our vacation in Navarre was perfect, in large part because of this condo on the 8th floor.

Almost great

I would have given the unit 3 stars due to three things that bugged me but my wife rated the unit almost 5 so we give it a 4. First the good to great, then the not so good. The views from every 3 bedroom unit in the building are awesome (I have stayed in other units). The floor to ceiling windows in the master bedrooms allow for a perfect place to sit and look out. This unit has been totally renewed floor to ceiling to include new furnishings. All the TVs are great and we were able to use our own Netflix, Prime, and Apple streaming accounts. Now the not so great… the chairs for sitting in in the living room and the two big bedrooms are terrible and uncomfortable for me and the adult members of my family. Although they don’t look it when you sit in them it feels like you’re in an Adirondack chair. I found them not only uncomfortable to sit in and drink coffee staring out to the beach but also hard to get out of. Maybe it’s a combo I’m tall and old thing. The other issue was the closets in in the master bedroom and middle bedroom were locked for the owner to store their stuff. This might no be a big deal but was for us. It caused two issues: 1; no where to store your suitcases and 2; no where to hang your clothes other than a small hutch. For many this isn’t a big deal, but for us we hang almost all of our clothes. Another issue you should be aware of is the facility does not have gas grills for grilling. They have charcoal grills though.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo tremendously! Everything looked to be new from the flooring to all appliances and furniture! It was super close to the beach. The beach service company was very accommodating. It was a perfect, laid back getaway!

Week Getaway from the Big City

So at the time I was having the desire to return to Navarre Beach, a place my family visited sometimes when I was a child. I found the property listing and was impressed by the photos. I decided to make a jump and book this listing for the week getaway. The photos matched the views perfectly. There has been some changes since the photos were posted, the twin beds were now just one big bed, but otherwise what you saw in the photos is what you got. The place was bigger than I thought it was going to be and had all the amenities you could need. My Niece enjoyed the kids closet the owners had and loved playing with the toys both at the pool and on the beach! While staying we did have one issue where the AC all of a sudden stopped working due to a rare clog of the draining tube, but the owners were easy to reach and were able to get maintenance out to the property the same night and repair the unit. They definitely went above and beyond during our time there. I would highly recommend this location for your next trip. I know I certainly will the next time I need an escape from the city! The property is gorgeous, the owners very accommodating, and definitely worth a lifetime of memories!

Beautiful End unit with Amazing Views

As always, The Carribean Resort never disappoints. The unit was extra clean and had everything we needed. We had some internet issues but the property owner did everything they could to fix the problem. The DVD’s came in handy and we were able to tether the TV to our phones hot spot. The closet is packed full of beach toys and games and the beach towels provided were a plus. We had a wonderful time.
