"If you love the coast but are not as thrilled with living among the touristy CROWDS, this place is perfect for you! Near the beaches, near the trails, near the restaurants, near shopping.........it has it all PLUS the peace & quiet of a small neighborhood. "This was perfect for me and my 10 year old. We needed a place to stay and nothing extravagant since we would not be using it during the day. It had the basic amenities, was clean and the AC worked good. The noise from the fish market did not bother us since we had a white noise machine. The area is one that is a mix of older homes, homes that have been renovated and there were some new ones being built. "Overall great location. Close to the beach. Enough room and amenities. Pool was great. The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced asap. Too many stains and long time wear. Luckily there were throws we could cover up to stretch out comfortably. There is only one tv in the living room. Walls need to washed down or due for a painting overall.
