This vast 300m² farm house, completely renovated, retains the charm of the time, with its old parquet floors, cement tiles, and moldings... It has a particularly spacious and bright living space, and is ideal for moments with family or friends.
Depending on the season, you can enjoy the terrace, facing south towards a large garden and the fields, or the fireplace.
Many activities are available, for young and old alike: table tennis, café table football, trampoline, petanque, basketball hoop (hard court), as well as a few bicycles available). Several hiking trails are accessible directly from the cottage (Way of St. James, Riqueval site, etc.).
We can also introduce you to the activity of the field crop farm,
It is also possible to organize a banquet (reception for up to 45 people), with a long and single table available (specific rate, contact us).

The house has 7 spacious rooms:
2 bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed and a single bed (90x190)

2 other bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90x190)
1 bedroom with a single bed 90x190, which can also be used as a baby room

The living room is equipped with a TV (Orange TV package), a DVD player, a quality sound system (Bose), and various board games. A fireplace with insert is available (wood provided). A large leather sofa and various armchairs and seats will allow you to share a convivial moment.

The kitchen is fully equipped: 5 hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer (a 2nd fridge is available), dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, 2 raclette sets and fondue set.
The laundry room also has a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron/ironing board.

A large table will allow you to share a meal with 15 people.

The continuity of the dining room and the living room (in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen) allows the organization of banquet-type meals, up to 45 people. In this case, we can set up an 11-metre long table for your arrival. Specific rate for rental for a reception/banquet: please make a request.

Wired high-speed internet connection and Wi-Fi.

We also provide the necessary for a young child (2 high chairs, cot with mattress).

A large 40m2 games room is located in an annex building, 20 meters from the house. It has a fireplace (wood provided), a ping pong table, a "café" table football, as well as other equipment (sofa, tables, chairs...). This room is free to access. Other games are also available outside: trampoline, petanque games (private land adjoining the house and made of stones) and molky, a few bicycles.

A large wooden terrace (30m2) facing south (towards the fields) as well as a large table will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and have a meal (large electric awning of 20m2). We provide a large gas barbecue (with plancha) as well as a charcoal barbecue in addition if necessary. Sun loungers are also available.

This terrace gives access to a 190 m2 fenced garden shaded by an old weeping willow.
A second garden of 1100m2 is located a few meters from the house, on the other side of the access road (which only serves the house). It is shaded by large trees (lime, ash and maple) and several fruit trees.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, and various walking paths are immediately accessible (including a way of St James). The sources of the Scheldt are about 3 kilometers away.

The house has 2 independent garages. One of them is attached to the house (the entrance to the house is directly from the garage). A 2nd garage is available. Several other vehicles can be parked outside in the (private) courtyard, just outside the main entrance of the house.
