We arrived at check in time and had to wait for our room to be ready for about 15 minutes. They were not busy so it was surprising that we had to wait extra time. The bedroom was nice and bed was comfy. Hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up, I finished my shower before it actually got hot. All around it was ok but most likely won’t stay at this location at again.

You can tell it’s been renovated, the bathroom was clean but needs to be throughly cleaned. There was mold in our air conditioner on the vents. The ice machine didn’t work on the 2 floor. The bed is a medium hard, it’s comfy but lil hard. Overall rating probably a 5/10.

Hotel and room were clean, great breakfast as usual for BW. My only 2 complaints were: The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The pool was closed. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, my whole family was looking forward to spending time hanging out by the pool all weekend. We check in, change into our bathing suits, only for it to be closed the whole time we’re there. I contacted Expedia, who was extremely helpful trying to cancel my stay, but BW would only cancel my Saturday reservation, not Friday. I’ll definitely think twice before staying with any BW again.

Stayed here before. Great breakfast and very clean hotel. Dog friendly is a plus!! Some of the front desk people were not professional and had an attitude. Would definitely stay here again!!! So convenient to Highway and several food choices close by!!

This is a great place to stay with your furry friend. Bring rain boots if rain is in the forecast. Hot or cold breakfast.

NSU Graduation Visit
Solid choice. The front desk staff was very helpful on all shifts. I reported an inop ironing board and surprisingly she didn't waste time resolving the issue and brought me a brand new one from the back. The morning host was very helpful and telling me about the attraction throughout the city. The hospitable breakfast host was on her A game and made sure everything was available and area was tidy.

Water never gets hot enough for a bath. Luke warm. Also lamps have overly-bright LED bulbs in them. Makes rooms look like an operating room.

Extremely professional
We had such a wonderful time staying here, the staff was beyond friendly. Every employee we encountered was exceptionally friendly and polite. They went out of their way with kindness. The rooms were decently clean. The breakfast is a full meal offered and it was constantly being tended to and refilled. I highly recommend staying here and I have never left a hotel review before but this best western deserves it.

This was an overnight stay on our way to a destination. Arrived a little late, tired too. The young lady got us checked in quick and was very kind. There room was clean and in excellent condition. So comfortable!

Looked nothing like the photos and no chance it’s the four-star rating it shows it to be. Incredibly unclean, hair and grime all over the hotel room. No window blinds at all either. Worst hotel I’ve ever been at.

Great stay!
Best Western in Natchitoches is very clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
