Clean and friendly. Monkey Bar is a great hang spot. Plenty of pools to choose from. Beach Club team is hard working. The onsite waterpark is amazing.

Service was absolutely terrible. Since the gratuity is already included in everything it feels like service is nonexistent. Would never go back just based on high prices and terrible staff service. To get a drink by the pool it would take 20 min for a server to come up to you to give you a menu and then another 20 to come take your drink order and then with a hope and a prayer you may get your drink 15 minutes later. One night, we sat down and were ignored for 20 plus minutes!!! Our drinks came 45 minutes after we sat down. Like I said, the service was a zero. Would’ve preferred to go behind and pour myself a glass of wine!!! These are just two examples that happened during every time we sat down or called concierge about a problem in the room. The spa never answered their phones. Called 100 times as I was booking/rebooking spa services for 7 women for a 4 day stay. Everything was a chore!

I enjoyed my stay but the hotel is over hyped in my opinion. It wasn't as modern as I expected it to be in person. The food wasn't great which is disappointing considering how expensive everything was.

An absolutely gorgeous resort! Extremely clean and very safe. I enjoyed an every minute here. The rooms are stunning, and the resort offers several amenities and stores that everyone in the family could enjoy.

The hotel was beautiful and the property is a nice size wasn’t too big! The food and beverages were really expensive though. The Privilege pool was fun and they had hookah there! Even the rooftop had hookah!

I enjoy my stay...only one thing I regret is I did not stay longer! A stay at SLS or BahaMar generally should be at least a week! I look forward to the experience again....and the Kids Club is excellent!!! Kudos to Clinton and Jaime at the front desk who made me feel soooo special from the very beginning!

Will not go back. SLS Bahamar most certainly does not align with other SLS properties in terms of quality, providing a comfortable relaxing stay for guests, and customer service.

I was disappointed in the size of the rooms - smaller than in the Hyatt on the same property. While the rooms were cleanly designed they were not as up to date as you might think, e.g. not enough power outlets for charging devices. Also, and most importantly for us, the tennis program did not meet its commitments in terms of availability of instruction for clinics. We stayed an extra day based on our understanding of this program but were solely disappointed - cost us $1K!!
