We had a great stay at this property. Palm Cay is beautiful. The beach is gorgeous and the community is really well maintained. The home itself is spacious and well equipped. It is clearly not new but is very functional. Any requests we made of the property manager were attended to.

The host was helpful, the condo and Palm Cay are great facilities. The east side of this island has NOTHING around it, so be aware it is a 25-30 minute drive to Nassau, which honestly is not really worth visiting.If your plan is to hang out on the beach and pool and get some sun in a nice facility, this is for you. If you plan on exploring, probably not the best location.Bring your own shampoo and body wash, FYI.The grocery store is close but the prices make ski resorts look cheap

We had an amazing holiday at Palm Cay! We loved the home and the facilities! The home was very well equipped with lots of supplies. The ocean and beach club were amazing and we had the best New Year’s party ever! We highly recommend Chef Keshlan her is Instagram is stiletto_chef_ as it was great to get a few home cooked meals delivered to us. Thank you so much for a wonderful and sunny holiday!!

Quiet beautiful Bahamas

Palm Cay is on the quieter south eastern side of the island but is a short 20 minute drive to downtown Nassau. The condo was clean and well equipped. It is a short 10 minute walk to the pool and small beach. Our family enjoyed the quiet location, lovely pool area and helpful staff. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. All around great stay.

Wonderful townhome

We had an incredible vacation, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. there were a few hiccups for the first few days, but it was always rectified with a professional manner..Only drawback which has nothing to do with the beautiful townhome, is the location of Palm Cay. It’s not located near anything at all..It was fine for us as we relaxed at the beach and pool..just what we wanted. But if you’re looking to be closer to Paradise Island, Palm Cay is not close by..I would definitely recommend the residence for a relaxing vacation

Great getaway

This luxury villa was a superb place to live. It has all amenities to make one feel at home. A full kitchen with microwave, a very good size master bedroom, blaconies both upstairs and downstairs, washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, a good size fridge/freezer, a walk-in closet, two full bathrooms and a toilet downstairs, parking space and much more. We were apprehensive booking anywhere outside resorts in Nassau at first, but now we are so very glad we did not book a resort!! This villa overlooks its own garden and the colourful bougainvillea plants from the neighbouring garden which makes the view gorgeous. It was our daily ritual to sit outside on sofas in the bedroom balcony and listen to birds singing. Breakfast was also in an outside area overlooking the garden. We felt connected to nature and very peaceful in this villa. This is also a gated community and extremely safe. There are boats from the marina that the villa partially overlooks. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep, which was much needed after boat trips and other excursions. If we ever go back to Nassau, we would definitely look for villas in Palm Cay instead of noisy and crowded resorts. In fact, we will book this villa every time we are in Nassau if available! Thanks very much for a lovely and much-needed holiday.

We absolutely loved the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Nassau, but close enough that it was a quick drive to the activity although you never need to leave because there is access to everything on site. The property was absolutely beautiful and safe for my family. There was a private beach, several pools, and restaurant. The house was great! We had lots of space, comfortable beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and our own small yard. We would definitely stay again. The welcome center was also able to provide recommendations for car rental and other services on site.

Beautiful Quiet Location

This home is lovely! Clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was very quiet and easy to find. It was a bit of a drive into the more touristy areas for shopping and restaurants, but it was worth it for our family to stay together in a home rather than separate hotel rooms at a much higher cost.

Definitely enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was straightforward and the villa is in a quiet and gated neighborhood. The property is also clean, safe, and well maintained. Plenty of space to relax when needed, so you’re not on top of each other. The amenities were also ideal (full kitchen, washer/dryer), and the location is steps away from the beach with a great restaurant and bar. Communication with host was great as well.
