Great location Beach was great. I texted the property manager and got no response. Probably should have called but it was after 7pm. The family liked the property but we don’t like the water pressure or the showers in the house. Everything else was great vary relaxing

Palm Cay Townhome

It was our first time visit to the Bahamas and our stay at the townhome made the stay worry free. The check-in process was easy. We had a late arrival and Vanessa went the extra mile to turn the lights on for our arrival. The home was clean and well stocked. They thought of everything we would need. The view of the marina was beautiful and we enjoyed eating at the Pink Octopus located at the marina. Overall the stay was perfect. Vanessa was friendly, professional and communicated timely. I would definitely stay in the townhome again and recommend them to anyone traveling to the area.

Wonderful

We loved our stay at Palm Cay. The property was perfect for our family of 5 and the host was very easy to communicate with. We spent our whole stay relaxing at the resort so didn’t rent a car but I would definitely recommend renting one if you want to travel around the island at all. We did pay the extra cost for the resort wristbands so that we could use the member’s only beach, gym, etc. but the free part of the beach was great, too.

FAMILY BIRTHDAY GETAWAY

My family and I (8 people in total, ages 2 to 82) enjoyed 2 beautiful weeks at the Palm Cay in Bahamas. The property was exactly what we wanted and more than exceed our expectations. We had beautiful weather everyday and took advantage of all the services that the resort had to offer. I had a tall order to fill for everyone's requirements, but this house had it all. We had great access to the property manager Vanessa and she very quickly and efficiently addressed any questions/concerns that we had and was able to provide us with an excellent recommendation for my husband's 82nd birthday. We usually travel to Barbados every year, but Bahamas and Palm Cay, specifically, may now be our new family getaway destination. Looking forward to 2026!

February in the Bahamas

I booked this spot for me and my 3 boys ages 9, 12 and 14. My mother and sister also joined us.The unit is large and the perfect size for our group. Enough space for the boys to spread out when needed. Very convenient grocery store close by (less than 5 minute drive).We loved taking day trips and then returning “home” in the evening. It’s no more than 45 minutes anywhere on the island.

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful time at the property. We were able to check in early which was a godsend because we had a sick baby. The townhouse is well stocked especially if you have an infant. We liked the quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The bed were comfortable and the private beach down the street was perfect. Vanessa was a responsive host.

It was nice and secluded . We almost didn't go to the property beach and that would have been a big mistake . Beautiful and private . The pink octopus was really good. They also have a cafe with a Starbucks. Definitely going back and making it a tradition. The employees are very friendly as well. 10/10

Wonderful host and place

The host kept in contact with me from pre check in and throughout, as much as needed. The property is near to the convenience store, grocery store, and a liquor store. The onsite restaurant has great food and desserts. The property is well maintained. The only negative was the pressure of the water at the sinks in the bathrooms, and we experienced power outage one bight which the popsicles and ice cream melted. All in al, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful @ Palm Cay

The property was exactly as pictured, it was clean and had many appliances. The large mirrors was especially nice. The vacation stay was great, if ever in the Bahamas again we would definitely stay here again. To the host in my efforts to make sure everything was left properly i forgot and left the juice in the refrigerator I apologize.

Initially, tried to notify the host some weeks ahead to obtain more information about a chef but to no avail. The home was very spacious and open. It would have been nice to have a bedroom downstairs especially for older couples. Too far from downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Close access to the pool. The neighborhood was quiet

This was a beautiful place, well kept and close to grocery shopping. It would be nice to offer golf cart accessibility ans ann option upon arrival. The walk from the garden townhomes ro the beach/pool was quite a bit in the extreme heat.

This community is great for families! The townhome was updated, clean and spacious. It’s a little of a walk to the beach club so I would recommend renting a car or golf cart to have for that and travel to the grocery. The ocean views and beach club area are amazing!

Beautiful Villa at Palm Cay! My family, 3 girls (ages 19,19,20) and my husband stayed for 5nights / 6days at this villa in Palm Cay Beach & Marina Club. The Villa was spotless clean, fully equipped kitchen, an Nespresso machine, and very comfortable beds! We particularly loved the garden out back and would enjoy our morning coffee in the warmth. The walk to the beach was beautiful! You walk pass the marina with gorgeous boats and everyone is super friendly. The beach bar was amazing-serving up margaritas, beer, anything you wanted. We dined at the Pink Octopus which is on property and it was delicious. We like the quietness of this area as we did taxi over to the Atlantis and thought it was too loud and touristy. I will say if you have younger kids, it might be too quiet! The host of the property was quick to respond to my questions via Whatsapp. I can’t praise this property anymore! Just go, you won’t regret it!!

Beautiful Property, Family friendly!

We loved our stay at this property in Palm Cay, Great playground and residents only beach and pool access which was fun for our 2 year old. Only reason we are not leaving 5 stars is that 1/ the dryer did not work so we had to use the Laundromat (also on premise) and didn’t hear back from the property manager on how we couldn’t get dryer to work 2/ Only one roll of paper towels for the entire stay which is not enough for a family. Overall beautiful though would stay again!

Relaxing Getaway

Overall, the space in the property was perfect. We were 3 adults and 3 kids. The property was well maintained. Clean and modern. There was a challenge with check in bc we arrived to the property after 6, but the instructions left fir accessing property were not accurate, so after a long day of travel doing extra running around ti try ti get in wasn’t great. It was rectified fairly quickly, however. I didn’t have international cell phone service so communication was a challenge until I was inside the property. Beach and pool are a minute walk from property. Kid’s pool is small but well maintained. Beach is small but was perfect for us as it was not crowded. Beautiful gardens And area. A tin if building and construction within the gated community. But nice area and beautiful homes. I would’ve loved the property t have some basic items in pantry—salt, pepper etc. etc. but they did bring laundry soap and wate, etc after requested.
