It’s all about the location! Right on the beach next to the other resort facilities, but we stayed in our spot on the beach. All the rooms were well sized, comfortable beds, everything very clean. Kitchen had all amenities we needed. Mike kindly stocked our fridge. We loved it!Only feedback was that the master bathroom had some loose cupboard door, rusted handle and hinges probably due to salt water. All other bathrooms looked well taken care of.We would rent this place again.

This was our second trip to Mike’s beautiful condo. The beach is heaven- quiet and very private. Plenty of room for our 4 kids with laundry in the unit. We took advantage of private Chef Everton again and the food was delicious. We rented a car this trip and we were glad we did. It afforded us the opportunity to do a day trip to Atlantis, take a snorkel trip and access nearby grocery and restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing, slow vacation on a gorgeous beach with a beautiful condo, this place is for you!

Palm Cay was a beautiful property. The water is crystal clear. My family and I enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right out front. We saw a sea turtle and sting ray right out front. Mike is a great host. He is very responsive and helpful. Nice grocery store just down the road. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay - this is it. We went to Nassau downtown a couple of times and couldn’t wait to get back to the quiet of Palm Cay. Highly recommend this property - we loved our stay.

Beautiful Palm Cay

This beautiful home is directly on the beach. The views are amazing and the water is calm, clear and warm. The resort is literally 100’ away so very convenient to grab food, beverages or just relax by the pool. We had a great time!

Fantastic beachfront gem!

We had an amazing, relaxing week at this beautiful property! Beachfront location is incredible and the property is very comfortable, with everything you may need for an extended stay. Mike went out of his way to make our week unforgettable - Thank you so much! We will be back.

Wonderful, peaceful stay in Palm Cay

My family (5 adults, 2 kids) stayed at Mike’s place for a week and had a great vacation. The house was clean, modern, and well equipped. The beach was beautiful (just like the photos!) and the water was very calm and had lots of shells for my little kids (ages 2 and 4) to explore. We also used the pool at Starfish Isles which was only a block away. Mike was responsive and gave us helpful guidance on navigating the island! Would highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed in two condos next door to each other in the same building and it was the perfect place for a large group.Both units (both owned and rented from Mike) were well equipped, clean and had everything we need to enjoy or stay.The location is perfect and the property is beautiful. Mike was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing information about the island. We would love to return!

Paradise!

I booked this villa for my husband's birthday. We came with our best friends and even though it would have been a blast anywhere, the setting of this place was as close to paradise as possible. It was quiet and private, yet close enough to the marina that we could walk to go grab lunch or dinner without even thinking. The house is perfect for a group, big enough to hang out inside at night, but right on the beach, so we spent the entire time, from 6am to late at night sitting on the beach or the patio.

Quiet Nassau Escape

This Palm Cay property was perfect for our family vacation - away from the tourists/expense of Paradise Island - but an easy drive away. Directly on the beach; amazing views; very clean and spacious condominium. This property has more space than shown in the pictures - lots of indoor and outdoor spaces - most with direct views of the ocean. This place exceeded our expectations.

Palm Cay

Family trip with amazing views and plenty of space for everyone. However, The view became obscured once the jet skis and boats arrived for rent—right in front of our place! Also, the noise from a blower and construction outside was a bit annoying. Your neighbors will be really close by when you’re outside which can be a little awkward.

Truly Paradise

Coolibah was the perfect vacation for our family of 6 adults! The beach just steps from our patio was beautiful & perfect to sit, swim & do a little snorkeling at our leisure. We scheduled a fabulous photographer, Clifton, for family photos before sunset. Thoroughly enjoyed Chef Everton one night!😋 We used 3N’s Exuma Vacation services, which picked us up from Palm Cay. (Call or email them to request pick up. They were happy to do it.) Our group of 6 adults enjoyed the club wristbands for a few days, mainly for the beach bar & a few of us for the pool. The Pink Octopus was yummy & convenient - split the hanger steak for 2-3 people 😋! One day we rented a golf cart to go to the store & tour Palm Cay! Michael was super responsive & over the top accommodating! We hope to come back again soon!

Stayed 5 days, 3 adults a 14 yr old and a 10 year old. Place is clean. No issues. The beach is great. Be aware to have a driver take you for groceries. We did not buy any of the resort amenities so can't speak to that. Ate at the restaurant next door once. Was over $300 for the 5 of us. That including a couple drinks for everyone. Call Vincent for transportation if you are a large group. He is the best. 1 (242) 438-5020.

Very Happy Stay

This property was a real find! It's location on the beach couldn't have been more perfect for my little grandchild. The sea was mostly calm - so he loved "swimming" and happily playing for hours. The parents of the said child were happy because it was all very easy. Laundry facilities were great, there was plenty of dishware/glasses for our group of seven, and plenty of advice from our great host about nearby grocery stores. We had friends stop by the condo and, happily, access to the community of Palm Cay was easily arranged with the gate. We also found that we really did not need to use - for a fee - the Club next door. Mike had provided lots of patio furniture to use on the beach. There was no fee to use the restaurant nearby, which offered some great fish and burgers. Everyone in the family wants to return to "Coolibah". Thanks, Mike and Lisa, for a memorable time.

Outstanding service and a great location

Mike and Romona (housecleaner) exceeded my expectations regarding timely communication and outstanding service. They ensured my family of 5 had everything we needed to create lasting memories. I followed Mike's tips on how to save $$ going to the Atlantis, his recommendation for the day trip to swim with the pigs and sharks, and his preferred taxi service to get around the island stress free. It all worked out spectacularly! Thanks again, Mike and Romona!

Great family vacation!

This house is perfect for a family vacation! We had a range of ages from 4-74, and everyone had a lovely time. Being right on the beach was perfect - many coffees were enjoyed with the sunrise. Having the grocery store 5 minutes away was a huge help. The kitchen has full cooking utensils, and we even grilled out for a few nights. The Dockside Cafe was great for an iced coffee or a sandwich, and the Pink Octopus was the perfect lunch or dinner spot. Don’t forget to bring you tennis or pickleball rackets, we enjoyed the courts a few days while we were there.

Perfect beach and amazing water, just a great beachfront location ! The house was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children, needs a little loving in maintenance of cooking appliances . Had the restaurant/beach bar 100 feet away. Rent it! You will not regret it.

Awesome stay in Palm Cay!

We stayed in Palm Cay for a week and a half and could not have asked for a more relaxing vacay. The beach is beautiful and being located right on the beach was perfect for our 2 and 3 year old. The place was very clean , nicely furnished and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Our kids loved visiting the park to go on the swings and spent most of their days on the beach. We visited the cafe for smoothies , iced coffee, and ice cream daily. The pizza at the restaurant was awesome! Mike was a great host. I messaged him a few times with questions and he was very quick to respond. He went above and beyond with a small ask I had. Thank you, Mike! We will definitely visit again!
