The property was great - listing was accurate and well equipped for our family of 4. What really puts this property above the rest is Kyrene. Having a host that’s on site with local connections and familiarity of the island made for a fantastic vacation!

Villa was awesome with a great location. It was well stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly if needed. She supplied a book of places to see, do and eat. I would recommend for all and would go back for sure.

We had a wonderful time while in Paradise Island. Our stay at Ocean Break Villas was perfect! Our host, Kyrene, made everything easy. The villa was spotless and filled with all needed amenities. The pool was directly outside our villa gate and was clean and private. The villa is a short walk to the beach and to delicious dining, shopping and groceries. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Kyrene was available for all our questions.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a villa owned by an exceptional host. Kyrene was always available and responded quickly to our needs. Her dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. During our stay, she even drove us to the grocery store in her own car. Her presence on-site provided an unparalleled level of support and care. Of all the places we've traveled, her welcome was by far the best we've ever experienced. The villa is in a fantastic location, just 0.6 km or a 10-minute walk from a stunning beach with white sand and turquoise waters. Being so close to the small marina village made evening strolls to the village a delightful part of our stay. The Casino at Atlantis was also a nice entertainment and wonderful restaurants at Dune and Nobu nearby. The pool at the villa was also perfect, and we enjoyed many relaxing moments there. Additionally, the villa is very secure, situated in a gated environment with security codes. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this villa for a wonderful family vacation. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable.

We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room. The location was a short walk over to Atlantis and all of the shops and restaurants near there. All of the shuttle buses to activities knew exactly where the villa was. The owners had a lot of suggestions for restaurants and activities. Prior to arrival, we got an email with taxi, diving, restaurant, and other beach activities suggestions. They were all great. Communications with the owners could not have been easier. This was our first time in the Bahamas and we will definitely go back and stay at Ocean Break with the same owners.

It was private. We could sit on the patio and unwind and not have to socialize with the other guests. The villa was close to a shopping plaza and restaurants that we could take the golf cart and travel to Atlantis.

The accommodation was better than advertised! The location is perfect and we walked to everything, no need for taxis or car. Cabbage beach is a short one block walk and Atlantis is 10 minute walk. We stayed for 10 nights in a nice quiet part of complex with the pool right outside our door. Plenty of room for the 2 of us,each having our own bathrooms. It would also be comfortable for 4 people. Dining out is VERY expensive but the kitchen is well stocked and we cooked most night. The villa has everything you need to relax and unwind after a beach day or sightseeing. We loved it and would definitely stay again. Kyrene is a wonderful host & is on top of everything. We hitched a ride with her to the grocery store which was very much appreciated. This was one of the best holiday homes we stayed in and Kyrene is top notch host Stay here you’ll love it.

I don’t know where to begin here… everything was perfection! We couldn’t have created a better stay. The location, amenities, space and the host were absolutely super. Kyrene is the best, she is so knowledgable about the Bahama Islands, this place is near everything you want and need for fun in the sun. The Bahamian experience was so full of laughs, beauty and everyone made us feel so welcomed! We celebrated our friends 35th here and we had five people from different states fly in for a flawless island experience. Thank you Kyrene for making our trip extra special, we cannot wait to come back to the Bahamas and stay here!

Kyrene was a fabulous host, allowing us to store luggage since we arrived early. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was plenty of space. Kitchen had all of your essentials. She even had extra snacks you could purchase so you would not have to go to store right away. Beds were comfy, pillows were a bit too small for me but just personal preference. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and the beach. She had beach chairs, snorkel gear, and floats for use. We rented the golf cart which was so much fun. We drove around to the store, Dunkin Donuts, the beach, Atlantis, and dinner. The beach access across the street at Cabbage Beach during the week is great. You can rent umbrellas and it was not too crowded. Oh and this place was spotless! I would 100% stay here again and I am very picky.

My family of 5 had an amazing stay at villa #10. Kyrene was an incredible host and met us at the villa at check in. The kitchen had everything we needed for the light meals we cooked daily and Cabbage beach was only a short walk from the villa. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided and although there were bicycles and a golf cart available to rent, we did not utilize them since the walk was so convenient. We walked nightly to a variety of amazing restaurants like Dune, Nobu, Chop Stix, Olives and Anthony’s. We sang karaoke at Viola’s and bought day passes one day to the Atlantis water park. We dove with the sharks, swam with the pigs, and snorkeled the calm waters around the islands. Great vacation and would definitely recommend Kyrene and her villa!

All the comments and pictures all were so true. Kyrene was a wonderful host and beyond helpful. She even offered to help us go to the store with her. Contact was so easy with her and everything about the rental was perfect. When we return we will definitely look at staying again. Proximity to beach, food, Atlantis, boat rides all within walking.

Could have not picked a better location. Kyrene gave us very personal attention, like staying with a friend out of town. So much more relaxing than a hotel. Several nights had dinner on our own private patio. Just like having your own vacation home. Would choose this villa again for sure.

Kyrene's place is the perfect spot on Paradise Island. So close to the beach and without the 'big hotel' feel - the perfect home away from home. Kyrene has the unit stocked with everything you would need - beach towels, beach bags, games and a fully equipped kitchen and everything is very clean and tidy. The pool area is the perfect place to relax before or after the beach! I wish we could have stayed there longer. We will definitely book again when we come back.

This is truly the best rental property! Amazing host went above and beyond from helping arrange transport to even helping with change. This property is a fantastic location. Quiet yet close walking to beach, Atlantis, 4 seasons and much more. Beautifully decorated and clean 2 bed 2 bath. Excellently appointed with everything from yoga mat to scuba gear! Comfortable furniture. Laundry on site. Beautiful pool. Had even outdoor party lights on patio. No detail overlooked. Very safe area. .Highly recommend. Absolutely stunning white sand beach with turquoise water a short walk away. Enjoyed eating at local 4 seasons -walking distance -and other places across bridge via taxi.. Nearby Starbucks. Lots to do for any ages as well as if you like it quiet (sit at pool or beach) or action packed( try Atlantis - water park, marina, casino and much more). Kyrene is a A plus host! Setting a new standard for how vacation should always be!
