Perfect Getaway

The overall experience was wonderful at this VRBO! It was a perfect place to host a bachelorette trip! Allowed for perfect gathering places and privacy!Only a few downsides! I do think there may be a wasp nest in the upstairs bathroom (in the light)! There was also a large pothole in the driveway that needed to be filled!! But other than those 2 things, an awesome stay!!

Wonderful Place

Our family of 5 spent Thanksgiving at Wildflower Farm. We have 3 adult sons and there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packer game in the sunroom, and the kitchen worked well for cooking meals. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. The only negative is the house is on a very busy road and is not very walkable. Leipers Fork is a beautiful area and we have a wonderful time!

Painting in the Fork

Some fellow outdoor painters and I rented this cute little cottage for a week long painting bonanza. The house was VERY well equipped and very close to Leiper’s Fork. We enjoyed it so much we will rent it again when we make our return in 2 years!

Beautiful house! Perfect location!

We came to Franklin for the weekend for a wedding. This house was perfect for our family! So clean, plenty of space, and it had everything we needed! The location was the best - so close to everything and absolutely beautiful! I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Loved this place

Had a wonderful time celebrating birthdays with family. Children loved the play room and the piano! We had plenty of room to spread out so did not feel crowded at all. Very comfortable and clean. We will be back!

Family Birthday Weekend

Everything was perfect! We took our 4 Grandchildren ages 3, 5, 5, and 8 to celebrate their March birthdays. (no parents) They had the best time and the house was perfect. Leipers Fork is very family friendly and so cute. The grands are already talking about when we can come back.

Wildflower is just as described! The home is very warm and welcoming and such a short distance to the Village. We enjoyed the outdoor space as much as the indoors; very low key and relaxing which we all needed. Would definitely stay again!

Wildflower Farm was such a pleasant and warm home.

Everything needed and extras were provided. The home was very spacious and welcoming. The community of Leipers Fork was right down the road and an enjoyable shopping and eating experience. Sarah was quickly available to answer our questions.

Great stay with an amazing location

Home was just as described on an amazing property. Prime location if you want to be near all the fun! Property provided high chair, play pen, and toys for kids. Kitchen was fully stocked. It had all we needed during our stay!
