Nice stay

We enjoyed how close it was to the Gulch and walked there every night for dinner. Place was clean inside. Liked the room darkening shades/ curtains. Nice stay.

In Town For Concert

Property was nice, loved that the garage was covered and gated with code. Close to restaurants, shops and short drive to stadium. Only downside is a little noisy, if you’re on the first floor you can hear people upstairs.

The condo was nice, spacious and clean. It was close to 12 South, and I really enjoyed that area. Nice area to walk in a park nearby as well as shopping and dining with coffee shops as well.

Fantastic!

This property was the perfect place to stay! We walked everywhere we wanted to go and it was so convenient and easy. The apartment was so nice and updated. I will definitely be staying here for all my trips to Nashville!

First time to Nashville- Won’t be Our Last

We enjoyed the condo very much, everything was nice and clean, the only thing missing was Kleenex if I had to say something. It’s location is right on the edge of the Gulch, we were there every day, walked to Broadway no problem , enjoyed the Ole’ Smokey Distillery as suggested, a couple of times, went to the Grand Ole Opry and when needed used Lyft to get back to the Condo. Lots of restaurants near by, and the people in Nashville are so welcoming. We had a great holiday and are planning on coming back next year.

Road trip Nashville stop

This apartment was perfect for my family’s 2 night stop in Nashville on our way further East. Short drive to a parking lot in the Gulch then we did the Trolly Tour which took us all around Nashville. The apartment was a bit dusty but other than that, well kept and clean. Renter was very responsive and helpful! Kids loved the pool.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo met our needs, the location is decent (however, in the middle of a lot of construction mess). The amenities (parking, pool) were very good, and the communication with the host was great. Walkable to The Gulch (easy trek) and Broadway (route a bit sketchy in spots). For the price, this was an excellent experience, and recommended given the above qualifiers.

Close to downtown

The property was great. The parking spots in the garage were really tight though. It was a holiday week so there were several kiddos running around. Just be patient with others. If you have a neighbor above you, you will hear the stomping as they walk around but it was tolerable. We met several families this week that we have made friends with.

Great place close to everything!

We stayed 3 nights here. We did have our own car so it was very nice to have secure, covered parking. We did not walk to Broadway or anywhere while visiting since the weather was pretty chilly, but might have if it was warmer. The apartment was nice and clean, just as described. We would stay there again! It was very quiet too.

We loved our stay! We were a family of 5 -2 parents & 3 teenagers. It was perfect for us. We loved that parking was included after researching options, it was great to be able to leave our car & walk or Uber to sights. The security of the building was good & friendly neighbors & fellow travelers.
